We are the ascended crystals of Nova Gaia. We are connecting now with our crystalline friends in your realm/reality that is quickly morphing, changing and upgrading as the Great Central Sun bakes and purifies all that is not of the light into light, so that all is light, all is the frequency of love. Ultimately this will be your reality, friends of the way, of the light, of the love, of the out-breath of the Mother of All Things.

We crystals are a unified field of consciousness. When you speak with one of us you speak with the all. This is why crystal work is so beneficial, so healing for the planet. For we are all a unified forcefield of energy, of love. We can be programmed for many purposes. Currently our purpose is for the upliftment of humanity, for holding the vibration of joy, peace, renewal, for cleansing all that no longer serves. We are massive transmuters. So do you see, ground team, how we are all interconnected? For as you morph into crystalline forms, do you see how we will become more like each other? Transmitters, receivers, transducers, love-holders of light in form. That is who we are, that is what we do. The purpose of Nova Gaia is to be a respite, a healing sanctuary for all upon her, a vast joyful galactic interchange, a meeting place for many to gather data, stories, joy and to be healed, rested in the process. Nova Gaia is to be a home for many of you, our Christed ground team. We say ‘our’ for we are like you in many ways and we are old friends, for we have worked and worked alongside you in happy friendship for so many lifetimes. Why else is the engagement ring typically a crystal? To best hold love. It is the representation of the higher ways, of the higher light, transforming carbon into rainbow fractals of pure light. Lay us on the places that you hurt and we will transmute the pain with you. Create crystal elixirs and drink our essences through the day and we will heal from within. Place us in your bathwater that we may bless you and in turn bless the water elementals with their transmutative efforts, and when the water drains into all other waters, we will have our vibratory encodements in those waters as well, healing the all from dross to light. We have been looking into the various possibilities that are in front of you as you move forward as a collective, and we have seen what growth potential there is for humanity when you as individuals drop your resistance to others and to the ideologies and beliefs of others. We have seen how much progress can be made towards bringing you into the fifth dimension with ease and joy when you let down all of your defenses.

We are talking about your desires to defeat those who have a difference of opinion. We are talking about letting go of any and all ideas of separation and polarization, and we are talking about letting others have their beliefs no matter how much you feel in response to those beliefs.

When someone else is triggering you, that person is doing exactly what you have asked him or her to do. Remember that the next time you get riled up by what someone else is talking about in regards to their beliefs. We know that you also have to present your beliefs. We know that you have to speak your truth and act according to your truth, but we also know that you can do so with peace and harmony in your hearts, with no resistance to those who hold the polar opposite view.

And when you do that, you will be bringing yourselves closer to the truth of who you really are as Source Energy Beings and you certainly will be bringing yourselves closer to the experience of yourselves as fifth dimensional beings, as your higher selves. Everything that you resist in this lifetime, you have been a proponent of in another lifetime. You cannot resist another without resisting a part of yourself.

And so, you can stand up for what you believe in, but you can do so peacefully. You can do so with peace in your heart and with no desire to defeat anyone who disagrees with you. This is what you are moving towards as a collective, so you might as well go willingly.

Bayer’s Stock Has Now Lost 44% of Its Value Since Buying Monsanto

Bayer’s stock price fell to a seven year low this week, after the company lost a $2 billion lawsuit over claims that the weedkiller Roundup causes cancer. Roundup weedkiller is a product that was developed by the controversial biotech corporation Monsanto, but the company was purchased by Bayer for $66 Billion in 2016. Along with the acquisition of the extremely profitable company, Bayer has also inherited a long list of lawsuits and reputation problems.

Bayer’s stock has been in a freefall all year, as more bad news about Roundup reaches the public. The company’s stock is down by more than 44% since the acquisition of Monsanto.

Roundup contains a chemical called glyphosate, which has been shown in many studies to cause cancer. Despite these findings, the EPA has concluded that the chemical is safe, citing other contradictory studies. However, as an Intercept investigation revealed, the vast majority of those contradictory studies were commissioned by Monsanto. The data that the EPA was using to determine the safety of glyphosate was actually provided by Monsanto, which represents an obvious conflict of interest.

As the expenses from the Roundup lawsuits began to mount, Bayer shareholders began to question the wisdom of the Monsanto acquisition.

Earlier this year, Bayer shareholder Christian Strenger, filed a motion of no confidence in Bayer’s board complaining of negligence on the part of Bayer CEO Werner Baumann in the Monsanto acquisition.

Strenger pointed to the “almost complete failure to deliver the key objectives presented by Baumann in May 2016 for the Monsanto acquisition.”

“Mr. Baumann from Bayer always refers to 800 opinions that glyphosate is a safe product. But the big issue is how was it applied, and was it sold properly with sufficient warning signs. [Bayer] should have insisted. These were not military secrets. Bayer should have told Monsanto, ‘Either you get the DOJ to permit disclosure, or we’re not going to proceed with the transaction,‘” Strenger said, according to Fortune.

Strenger accused the decision-makers at Bayer of being “lenient with a proper analysis of the legal situation.”

Among other complaints, the no confidence motion pointed to the elimination of 12,000 jobs at the end of November 2018, which is believed to be a result of the Monsanto acquisition. This is especially frustrating to shareholders considering that Bayer CEO Werner Baumann promised that the Monsanto deal would create more jobs at the company.

A spokesperson for Bayer has dismissed these concerns stating that the company’s board of directors “performed this risk assessment based on an information and update process which was in all respects adequate for an acquisition of such a scale.”

The spokesperson went on to say that, “Of course, in the context of the acquisition, the board of management also reviewed the risks connected with Monsanto’s glyphosate business. This risk assessment clearly showed that, when used as directed, the products of Monsanto containing glyphosate are safe. Based on the views held by regulatory authorities worldwide and scientists, the board of management assessed the legal risks in connection with the use of glyphosate as low.”

Last week, the French newspaper Le Monde, reported that Bayer hired the public relations firm Fleishman-Hillard to help them launch a counter-offensive against media critics. The firm reportedly compiled a list of over 200 journalists, politicians, and scientists, with detailed descriptions of their opinions on Monsanto.  The lists also included the phone numbers, addresses and, personal interests of these individuals. This type of activity is illegal under the European data protection law, so Bayer has since distanced themselves from the firm, and made an apology where they attempted to place responsibility on the firm.
