A very simple and powerful meditation which I call ' Kintopran a' designed to open the 6th chakra and third eye in addition to unlock the 6th chakra if it is locked and fill energy helping the development of the 3rd Eye.
We must understand that 'Open the 6th chakra' and 'Opening the 3rd Eye' is not the same.
Open the 6th chakra it is open the energy wheel which gives way to the 3rd eye and psychic abilities.
To open the 6th chakra is advisable to have the five farms earlier this open (from the 1st to the 5th chakra open chakra) to make the process smooth and effective.
