Transforming Negative and Fear Based Energies

I, the overseer of the Angelic Kingdom, Archangel Metatron, wish to share insights and guidance as to releasing and transforming negative energy active within your being. At this time of ascension, great volumes of light are penetrating the Earth and your being. You are absorbing more light into your entire being than even a few months ago, and many of you are acting as an anchor transmitting the light as a service for humanity. With powerful volumes of light flowing through your being numerous deep purifications are taking place, which is life changing. Many of the energies being released are so familiar to you, they may even feel like issues you have wished to heal for years, or they may feel so much a part of your being that a release may feel as if you are losing a part of yourself. At this time, your soul is bringing forth to you some of your deepest and most fearful inner energies. Your soul realises that you are now in a space where you are completely and absolutely supported, you have the necessary understanding to make transitions, and it is safe for you to instigate healing. Often souls upon the Earth can be blind to the inner energies that limit their existence; they may search for answers, freedom and support with little result. They can become confused as to the behaviours they are holding onto that limit their fulfilment. It is often that those around them, sometimes without even realising can see with clarity their destructive habits. If you are willing to observe yourself as well as observing your reality as a mirror of your inner energies, then you will allow yourself to glimpse the energies within you which cause the most pain and suffering. Negative or Fear Based Energies Defined Negativity is simply an energy which has become separate and disconnected from the Creator and love. It is an energy which is held within a cage unable to escape. Negative energy often repeats the same energy, focus and pattern in a cycle, each cycle magnifies and empowers its presence. Negative energy you experience swelling from within you is connected to, a part of and began as the body of energy that you exist as. It is your energy manifesting in a certain way because of a thought, emotion or experience. The energy becomes separated from your pure energy although it remains within you because it was energised by your focus into its creation. It is as if it takes on a new identity that is different to the pure light identity of your being. This signifies that unresolved or unaddressed energies within you can become energised until it is as if they have a power of their own. When a negative or fearful energy exists, the energy is active, then a part of or even the entire part of your being is restricted, suppressed and disempowered. Your actions, thoughts, emotions, perspectives and the way in which you communicate and express yourself are tainted by the negative energy, even if you are not aware of the negative energy you are holding onto within your everyday life. Limiting energies within you become fragmented aspects of your own energy that are very powerful because of their repetitive cycles which constantly build their power within you. When healing is received by you, it often appears that these fragmented energies are released. The truth is that the fragmented energies are reconnected to your own energy system. This simple reconnection instigates a healing because as you connect with the fragmented aspect, you are accepting it and the energy it holds or represents. Acceptance allows the energy to transform and align to the pure and high vibrations of your energy. The fragmented aspect becomes united and energises the wholeness and completeness of your being thus raisings your energy vibration and light quotient. It is important to realise that all fearful, negative thoughts and emotions are a part of your energy that has taken on a new identity which is separate and the complete opposite of your truth. This identity is living with you often causing chaos as it wishes to be recognised, listen to, noticed and returned to its original source, your essence and truth. With this understanding the negative or fearful energy has no hold on you, you are able to remain in your power with greater ease. Often the negative or fearful energy is directing you to acknowledge your inner strength and empower yourself. For example, if you are fearful of meeting people, the truth is that you have a natural ability and talent of communicating with people. If you experience pain and suffering in your body, you have a natural ability as a healer. If you experience disempowerment of any form, you have a natural ability to empower yourself and others. Often the fear or negative energy you experience is guiding you to your ultimate talent, sacred inner qualities and gifts, which is always the opposite of the fear or negative energy. Exploring and Understanding Fragmented Negative and Fear-Based Energies Take time to contemplate: What fears or negative energies are impacting your being and reality now? What positive quality or energy are your fears or negative energy trying to make you aware of in your life now? (the opposite energy, quality or experience of your fears and negative energy.) Are you ready to embody the positive qualities which your fears are indicating are within your being and simply require acknowledgement or activation? Create positive statements that state you are already embodying and expressing the positive qualities you have discovered as your inner most truth and abilities, which require to be active in your daily life. Reconnecting Fragmented Negative and Fear-Based Energies When you feel ready, allow yourself to enter into a state of meditation, where you feel completely relaxed, safe and supported. You may wish to call upon my energies, Archangel Metatron, or your guides to lend their energy and love to you. Create an intention, stating it out loud, describing the negative or fear based energy, emotions, thoughts or experiences you wish to heal. State that instead you wish to embody the positive opposite energy, which you can describe. Focus within your being and connect with the fear based or negative energy, allow yourself to feel its presence, the impact it has upon you and its limiting nature. Imagine the negative or fear based energy as a person, character, image or symbol. Observe anything the energy may wish to say to you or remind you of. Now you have an image of the energy it is easier for you to connect with it and accept it. Again, focus within your being and ask or focus upon connecting with the positive qualities you have discovered. Focus upon the qualities until they blossom and swell from within your being. Embodying the positive qualities which are the opposite of the fear based or negative energies, fully accept and welcome the energy and image of your fear. Allow the fear or negative energy to reconnect with your energy. As it reconnects, it will be transformed by the natural purity of your being. Feel, sense and acknowledge the energy dissolving, creating wholeness and peace within your being while also empowering the positive qualities you have brought into empowerment and embodiment within your being. This exercise may need to be practised once or numerous times until the energy no longer manifests in your everyday reality. In truth, you are liberating your being, raising your vibration and ensuring that your inner and outer reality reflect your desires and dreams of fulfilment in your current lifetime. Blossom: Mis Queridos Seres de otro lugar! Aquí estamos de nuevo a continuación. En realidad tengo un poco de un dilema por lo que pensé que puede ser capaz de ayudarme con. Un cierto caballero está muy interesado en escuchar la verdad sobre si es o no nuestra Tierra es plana, bajo una cúpula etc. Le he dicho que esto no es 'mi posición' para llevar a cabo esta Verdad ... si es que era / es ¡una verdad! Por razones de mi seguridad y la sincronización Plan Divino ... junto con muchas otras razones por las que siento que no es para 'yo' para ahondar en esto. Él contestó con esto: Después de todos estos años de leer tu blog supongo dando vueltas y vueltas en círculos me ha gritando a bajar - o por lo menos me ha exasperado que si uno supuestamente tiene la 'oreja' de entidades superiores, uno sólo puede bajar y sucio con detalles específicos. Es un poco como entrar en la biblioteca más grande en la historia y pasar horas admirando la estantería y el color de la alfombra. Entiendo lo que quiere decir acerca de la biblioteca, y me hizo pensar en ello. Sin embargo, hay algo en mí que se siente bien acerca de no pedir ciertas cosas. Creo que sabes lo que siento y lo que quiero decir. Así que en lugar de divagar, lo pasaré a usted. Gracias. Pero, como he tratado de trabajar antes con usted ... o algo es una verdad o no lo es. O bien la Tierra es plana o que es redonda. Sin embargo, se dice que puede ser lo que quiera que sea. Esto es correcto. Para que pueda. La cuestión aquí es perteneciente al hecho de que en la Tierra 'piensa' que está 'set' en un lugar particular ... una situación particular ... y allí permanecerá hasta que sea tiempo para que usted pueda seguir adelante.Entendemos que el estar en la Tierra con su 'falta de comprensión' ... que para que usted pueda comprender cualquier cosa que no sea este concepto es alucinante. Es decir, como usted ha mencionado antes que podemos saltar dentro y fuera de las vidas paralelas y otras dimensiones? Lo que significa que exactamente. Y dentro de cada vida Paralelo / Universo / Dimensión ... hay tales similitudes que le permiten 'sentir' que son siempre en el mismo. ¿Cómo podría usted mejor que nos ayude a conseguir esto? ¿Qué podrías compararlo con?Para que siento eso tan difícil de entender. Debido a que usted está involucrado en ella, en su forma humana. Sin embargo, hay veces también, cuando se salta fuera de su forma humana y se convierte en energía pura ... y si se desea 'para la ocasión' puede 'transformarse' que la energía pura en algo completamente diferente, pero tangible ... durante el periodo de tiempo necesario ... ... y necesitaba estar en esa otra situación. Y para complicar aún más, podríamos decir que ... todo eso, se llevaría a cabo sin su forma de ser humano ni siquiera darse cuenta que se habían ido ... porque no hay tiempo ... en esencia. ¡Lejos! He llegado a entender que absolutamente todo es posible y creo que eso es lo que quiere decir con la Tierra puede ser lo que quiera que sea. Es tan. Usted y todo, con todo respeto, debido al condicionamiento ... limitar sus creencias en un grado tal que abunda la confusión ... debido al pequeño marco en el que se haya decidido usted vive dentro. Sin embargo, no decidimos. Como usted dice, el acondicionamiento, el adoctrinamiento, leyes, historia, etc. nos han llevado a pensar / creencia de que esto es así. Y hay muchos que viven y mueren para muchos un número de vidas, pensando que esta Tierra es el lugar!Luego, cuando nos hace ... le toca al cielo y para algunos, en su creencia ... demonios ... y eso es todo! Al menos, para mí, en este tiempo de vida, me siento bendecido de haber abierto a horizontes más amplios. Oh! ¿Cómo deseamos ser capaces de explicar 'todo' en su caso. Sin embargo, 'todo' está más allá de la comprensión, mientras usted reside en la densidad de la Tierra. Puedo sentir su frustración de dónde incluso comenzar con lo que se quiere expresar. Sigue intentándolo! Por lo tanto, muchos de nosotros estamos tan dispuestos a saltar más abajo de la madriguera del conejo. Aunque sentimos que estamos perdidos en un laberinto mayor parte del tiempo! Para aquellos que creen 'This is it' y el Cielo espera y uno vive feliz para siempre ... QUE, querida flor ... es lo que recibirán. Hasta el momento cuando están listos para explorar otra cosa. O, todo lo demás. Sin embargo, una vez más, que no quería confundir ... esto es sólo un aspecto de sí mismos que acepta eso. El diamante de múltiples facetas que son ... está apagado en un millar de otras aventuras. Por lo tanto, para volver a la Tierra plana cosa, si me lo permite? ¿Quiere decir que hay uno, y todo el mundo está viviendo bajo una cúpula inmensa etc.? Estamos hablando de que, por supuesto, hay uno! Tiene que haber ... porque tiene que ser todo! Todas las posibilidades! Para aquellos que eligen ser 'en ese mundo' ... ese sistema de creencias ... que es su verdad. Para aquellos que eligen a creer que el espacio sigue y sigue ... metiendo la mano en otras galaxias, etc., que también es una verdad. De acuerdo. Sin embargo, ¿cómo es que todos vivimos en el mismo mundo, si nuestras verdades son completamente diferentes? Acabo de recibir su respuesta a través de ... a pegarlo a nosotros! Debido a que todo es una ilusión. Nada es real. Así que uno puede 'compensar' su mundo en sin embargo creen que quieren que sea. ¡O no! Usted, en la Tierra cree que está atrapado en su interior. TU NO ERES. Su espíritu es libre. Su alma es libre. Sólo es nuevo, porque cree que no es ... que no es! Sin embargo, nos sentimos atrapados aquí a veces ... dentro de las reglas y reglamentos de la sociedad. Esta es la forma TIERRA ES. Con todo el respeto de la flor, que es la manera como la conciencia que tiene 'hizo para ser'. Por lo tanto, si hemos 'construida' de esta manera de vivir como una conciencia ... somos nosotros, como 'individuos' capaz de escapar de ella? Esto es exactamente lo que está haciendo. Lo que vinieron a hacer aquí. Como individuos está deshaciendo lo que se ha hecho. Usted está liberando a sí mismos de las ataduras que ustedes mismos ... creado como una experiencia. Ahora, a medida que cada uno cambia de opinión ... están liberando acondicionado de 'cómo es' y su transformación en la forma en que va a ser. Sin embargo, esta vez ... usted desea para una experiencia totalmente nueva. ¿No hemos tenido la experiencia Love Light antes de embargo? Ha tenido similar. Ha tenido muchos modos de pensar de la vida, con lo cual tanto Amor-Luz se ha experimentado ... por ejemplo en Lemuria, Atlantis y otros. Que aprendió como un colectivo, donde las trampas eran y por qué. Es por esto que en esta ocasión ... que erramos en el lado de la precaución y asegurarse de que las mismas experiencias que no se incurre en ... ya que trajeron una gran cantidad de destrucción y establecen 'evolución' a lo largo de un camino diferente. Sin embargo, se da cuenta, esto no importa. Se trata simplemente de otra experiencia y uno tiene todo el tiempo del mundo para tratar de volver a intentarlo. Sin embargo, como decimos ... esta vez ... es una historia diferente. La conciencia colectiva ha alcanzado un punto de inflexión donde al este estilo NUEVA TIERRA permanecerá 'intacta'. Una vez que se ha establecido la base / fundación, que se construye sobre y no ser capaz de ser derribado. ¿Cómo se puede garantizar que? Nosotros, por supuesto, no puede, exactamente. Sin embargo ... diríamos ... se ha 'ordenado' que es así. Por lo tanto, busqué en Google 'ordenado' para estar seguro ... ' ordenado, oficialmente'  ... ¿por quién? La conciencia colectiva de todos. Y es que ahora, para que de la Tierra están concretando la base / base para esta Nueva Tierra? Correcto. Con cada respiración. Sin embargo ... sólo para aquellos que optaron por 'vivir'? Para muchos podrían optar por vivir todavía en otro tipo de dimensión de esta misma Tierra. ¿Está bien? Otras dimensiones sólo una expresión diferente de esta misma Tierra? Algunos. Haría decimos que hay dimensiones para todo ... muchas dimensiones para cada experiencia.  Entonces, ¿qué diría usted que es una dimensión? Un espacio de facilitación. ¡Risa! Pensé que iba a entrar en un párrafo muy complicado que haría volar mi mente y una vez más me obtener toda confundida. Sin embargo, ¡No! Preciso y al punto y me parece, muy precisa. Porque con todo respeto ... no todas sus respuestas son. (Precisa y al grano, me refiero)! Y no hay razón para ello también. Hay quienes nos consideran 'rodeos' y no dar las respuestas necesarias siempre. Sí. Hay muchos que se sienten de esa manera. A veces me pregunto sobre ello. Sin embargo, también se acepta en efecto, hay un razonamiento. Y que el razonamiento es? Como hablamos antes, flor. Hay algunas cosas que no son para ser revelado en este momento ... y algunas cosas que no son para ser revelada por nosotros ... y algunas cosas que son para ustedes mismos para descubrir ... y algunas cosas que simplemente no son apropiadas para nosotros estar involucrados. Tal vez, podríamos decir que 'La biblioteca', de la que habló el caballero, como en todas las bibliotecas, tiene muchas categorías para uno de ahondar en. Algunos pueden ir a la ficción. Algunos de los hechos. Algunos de los valores históricos, la geográfica, la Educación. Lo que sea! Sin embargo, nos preguntamos que más querida, querida flor, para entrar en la biblioteca y se centran en el material AMOR ... y usted tiene! Por lo que estamos siempre en agradecimiento por 'pegarse a su palabra'. ¡DECIR AH! El Amor que llegó en la última parte del párrafo, instantáneamente me tenía lágrimas desbordantes y ESO ... de alguna manera me ayuda a saber que estoy haciendo bien ... en sus ojos! Muchas gracias por este chat. Fluía con facilidad y gracia ... Blossom: My Dearest Beings from somewhere else! Here we are again then. Actually I have a bit of a quandary which I thought you may be able to help me with. A certain gentleman is very keen to hear the Truth about whether or not this Earth of ours is flat, under a dome etc. I have told him that this is not ‘my position’ to bring this Truth out … IF indeed it was/is a Truth! For reasons of my safety and Divine Plan timing … along with many other reasons why I feel it is not for ‘me’ to delve into this. He wrote back with this: After all this years of reading your blog I guess going round and round in circles has me screaming to get off - or at least has me exasperated that if one supposedly has the ‘ear’ of higher entities, one might just get down and dirty with specifics.  It’s a bit like wandering into the greatest library in history and spending hours admiring the shelving and the colour of the carpet. I get what he means about the library, and it made me think about it. Yet, there is something in me that feels right about not asking certain things. I think you know how I feel and what I mean. So rather than ramble on, I will pass it over to you. Thank you. The Federation of Light: Welcome Dearest Blossom and all who walk along this journey with us. Firstly, we would say that for those who do not communicate with ‘Higher Beings’ … in THIS way … for indeed, you are all capable of communication … there is an understanding between both parties as to how communications shall be conducted. You are correct Blossom in that, there are indeed, MANY topics that we are not prepared to discuss. We ‘skip’ over certain agenda because it is not for US … we feel … to delve into it. There are many, many, many Truths that are to come out … as we have mentioned before. Truths that will completely stun practically the entire population of the Human race. Yet, these TRUTHS are certainly not for us to reveal … AT THIS TIME. Blossom: Does that mean you will at a later date then? Not necessarily. For when the time is correct you will witness such things … straight from the horse’s mouth … so to speak. We will then be more than happy to accommodate with assistance on working one’s thoughts through such things. Yet, again we state … we are here to bring you into alignment with your TRUE self through KNOWING THE LOVE THAT YOU ARE. We are not here to bring fear and confusion. For the gentleman concerned … he is on his chosen pathway. As is each and every one. This does not mean that the Truth he is seeking is the same Truth that another may be seeking out. But, like I’ve tried to work out before with you … either something is a Truth or it is not. Either the Earth is flat or it is round. Yet, you say it can be whatever you want it to be. This is correct. For it can. The issue here is pertaining to the fact that you upon Earth ‘think’ that you are ‘set’ in ONE particular place … one particular situation … and there you shall remain until it is time for you to move on. We understand that BEING upon Earth with its ‘lack of understanding’… that for you to comprehend anything other than this concept is mind boggling. Meaning as you have mentioned before that we can jump in and out of parallel lives and other Dimensions? Meaning that exactly. And within EACH Parallel life/Universe/Dimension … there are such similarities that allow you to ‘feel’ that you are always in the same one. How could you best assist us to get this? What could you liken it to? For I feel that so hard to grasp. Because you are involved in it, in your Human form. Yet, there are times too, when you jump out of your Human form and become Pure Energy … and if desired ‘for the occasion’ you can ‘morph’ that Pure Energy into something completely different, yet tangible … for the period of time necessary … and needed … to BE in that other situation. And to complicate it even further, we would say that … all that, would take place without your Human Being form even noticing you were gone … for there is no time … in essence. Far out! I have come to understand that absolutely everything is possible and I guess that is what you mean by the Earth can be anything you want it to be. This is so. You and all, with all respect, due to conditioning … limit your beliefs to such a degree that confusion abounds … due to the little frame in which you have decided you live within. Yet, we didn’t decide. As you say, conditioning, indoctrination, laws, history etc. have led us to think/belief that this is so. And there are many that live and die for many a number of lives, thinking that this Earth is IT! Then when it us done … it’s up to  Heaven and for some, in their belief … hell … and that’s that! At least, for me, in this life time, I feel blessed to have opened up to broader horizons. Oh! How we desire to be able to explain ‘Everything’ to you. Yet, ‘Everything’ is beyond comprehension, whilst you are residing in the density of Earth. I can feel your frustration of where to even begin with what you want to express. Keep trying! So, many of us are so keen to jump further down the rabbit hole. Although we feel we are lost in a warren most of the time! For those that believe ‘This is it’ and Heaven awaits and one lives happily ever after … THAT, Dearest Blossom … is what they shall receive. Until such a time when they are ready to explore something else. Or, everything else. Yet, again, not wishing to confuse … that is only one aspect of themselves that is accepting that. The multifaceted diamond that they are … is off on a thousand other adventures. So, to get back to the flat Earth thing, if I may? Are you saying that there is one, and everyone is living under a vast dome etc.? We are saying that of course there is one! There has to be … because there has to be everything! Every possibility! For those that choose to be ‘in that world’ … that belief system … that is their Truth. For those who choose to believe that space goes on and on … reaching into other galaxies etc. That is a Truth also. Ok. Yet, how come we are all living in the same world, if our Truths are completely different?  I just got your answer through … Sock it to us! Because everything is an illusion. Nothing is real. So one can ‘make up’ their world into however they believe they want it to be. Or not! You, upon Earth believe you are trapped within it. YOU ARE NOT. Your spirit is free. Your soul is free. It is only again, because you believe it is not … that it is not! Yet, we DO feel trapped here sometimes … within societal rules and regulations. This is the way EARTH IS. With all respect Blossom, that is the way as a Consciousness you have ‘made it up to be’. So, if we have ‘constructed’ this way of living as a consciousness … are we, as ‘individuals’ able to escape it? This is EXACTLY what you ARE doing. WHAT YOU CAME HERE TO DO. As individuals you are undoing that which has been done. You are freeing yourselves from the bonds that you, yourselves created … as an experience. You now, as each one changes their mind … are releasing conditioning of ‘how it is’ and transforming it into how it is going to be. Yet, THIS TIME … you desire for a whole new experience. Have we not had the Love Light experience before though? You have had similar. You have had many mindsets of living, whereupon much Love- Light has been experienced … for example in Lemuria, Atlantis and others. You learned as a collective where the pitfalls were and why. This is why this time around … you are erring on the side of caution and making sure the same experiences are not incurred … as they brought a great deal of destruction and set ‘evolving’ along a different path. Yet realise, this matters not. It was simply another experience and one has all the time in the world to try and try again. However as we say … this time … is to be a different story. The Collective Consciousness has reached a turning point where upon this NEW EARTH style will remain ‘intact’.  Once the basis/foundation has been established, it shall be built upon and not be able to be knocked down. How can you guarantee that? We of course, cannot, exactly. Yet … would we say ... it has been ‘ordained’ that it is so. So, I googled ‘ordained’ to be sure … ‘ordered, officially’ … by whom? The Collective Consciousness of All. And is it now, that WE of Earth are setting down the basis/foundation for this New Earth? Correct. With every breath. Yet … only for those who chose to ‘live it’? For many might still choose to live in another type of Dimension of this same Earth. Is that right? Are other Dimensions just a different expression of this same Earth? Some. Would we say that there are Dimensions for everything … many dimensions for every experience.  So what exactly would you say a Dimension is? A facilitating space. Laugh! I thought that was going to go into a really complicated paragraph that would blow my mind and once again get me all confused. Yet, nope! Precise and to the point and seems to me, very accurate. Because with all respect … not all your answers are. (Precise and to the point, I mean )! And there is reason for that also. There are those who consider us to be ‘beating about the bush’ and not giving the answers required always. Yes. There are many who feel that way. I sometimes wonder about it. Yet,also accept there is indeed reasoning. And that reasoning is? As we spoke of earlier, Blossom. There are some things that are not to be revealed at this time … and somethings that are not to be revealed by us … and somethings that are for you, yourselves to discover … and somethings that are simply not appropriate for us to be involved in. Perhaps, we would say that ‘The library’, of which the gentleman spoke, as in all libraries, has many categories for one to delve into. Some may go to the Fiction. Some to the Factual.  Some to the Historical, the Geographical, the Educational. You name it! Yet, we asked you dearest, dearest Blossom, to enter into the library and focus on the LOVE material … and you have ! For which we are forever in Gratitude to you for ‘sticking to your word’. HA! The Love that came through in that last part of the paragraph, instantly had me overflowing tears and THAT … somehow helps me to know that I am  doing ok … in your eyes!
