Leaders Say Czechoslovakia's Peaceful Split Could Be Model

BRATISLAVA, Slovakia — The prime ministers of Slovakia and the Czech Republic say the peaceful split of Czechoslovakia could be an example for other nations, including Spain as it struggles with the restive Catalonia region.

Robert Fico of Slovakia and Andrej Babis of the Czech Republic spoke at a joint news conference in the Slovak capital of Bratislava on Friday to mark the 25th anniversary of the 2003 breakup that shaped their two countries.

Babis says Czechoslovakia's dissolution could be "an example to follow for anyone in the world, in Europe." He cited "what has been happening in Spain, in Catalonia," as a possibility.

He said relations between the neighboring countries that once formed Czechoslovakia are "excellent." Fico echoed the sentiment.

Fico said: "It can be an example for many countries that are seeking independence today."

BRATISLAVA, Eslovaquia - Los primeros ministros de Eslovaquia y la República Checa dicen que la división pacífica de Checoslovaquia podría ser un ejemplo para otras naciones, incluida España, que lucha con la inquieta región de Cataluña.

Robert Fico de Eslovaquia y Andrej Babis de la República Checa hablaron en una conferencia de prensa conjunta en la capital eslovaca de Bratislava el viernes para conmemorar el 25 aniversario de la ruptura de 2003 que dio forma a sus dos países.

It is the ability to use sound as a healing, transformational and activational tool.

SOUND HEALING/ACTIVATION EXERCISE: Step 1: We ask you to tune into this ability now by listening to a piece of music, and noticing the effect that it has on you. Is your auric field expanding or contracting while you listen? Do you feel yourself grounding or centering – or are you being lifted into a higher vibration – or both? Do you feel your emotions raising towards happiness or descending into fear? This is your first task in this lesson: to learn how to tune in when listening to a piece of music, and to observe carefully how your emotions and energy are being affected by the sound. It is a meditation on sound, as such – and for some of you this is enough, to simply learn how to change your mood, or open your chakras and energy field, or heal parts of your body, through listening to music and receiving it in a new, more conscious way. This will lead you to listen to music more often, to choose the music you play more carefully, to spontaneously dance more, and to become conscious of the effect different pieces have on your mind, body and emotions. Step 2: When you have found one or more pieces of music that you like and find uplifting, close your eyes and see if you can perceive any colour or shapes being created by the sounds. It is possible to open your inner vision through your intention, and actually see wave lengths, vibration, sacred geometry or colour that is being generated by or which a part of the music. This is a natural skill of yours, you have simply not been encouraged to do it. Try this exercise when in a group, or with your children, and see what comes up – you will be encouraged in your efforts as several of you experience similar shapes and colours being created by the music. In this process you will be remembering your ancient Atlantean skills with sound – learning how to see and feel sound, rather than only hear it. Step 3: Now you are ready to use sound as a healing or activating force. You can train yourself to do this if you are willing to put in some practise, and if you allow yourself to feel a sense of excitement when reading our words. Trust that you have this ability, and you are already more than half-way to its manifestation! Begin by experimenting with making your own sounds – both through toning with your own voice, and through playing instruments and singing bowls. It matters not if this is the first time you have ever tried this. Let go of your self-consciousness, and move into the sounds. This exercise requires open-ness, a sense of freedom and experimentation. You can begin with the intention of using sounds to open, balance, or reconnect specific chakras – or to bring light/colour/energy into parts of your body that are out of alignment. Do not expect to get the right sound immediately – just relax your mouth, let it change shape as the sounds come out, and experiment. Continue to open your inner vision to see the vibrations, waves, shapes and colours that are created by or present within the sounds.

Perhaps the most awesome context in which you can use these sound skills are in healing any aspect of your 3-D world – and in particular, the aspects of your natural world which have been polluted, resulting in the suffering of physical beings - plant, mineral, animal and human beings included. You can, individually or in groups, focus on dissolving pollution or contamination in specific areas. Even the pollution of the collective unconscious, which holds thought forms and beliefs harmful to our society can be transmuted into the light through sound. If you are inspired to work with sound in this way, you will be guided as to when and how to chant/sing/tone out to that part of the world, holding a clear vision of the pollution being dissolved through the sound that is being used. Even a few minutes of sounding, coupled with a crystal clear intention, can effect a change for the good! What is essential is that the sound is produced with an open and happy heart, and with an absolute trust that the healing is possible – with the attitude that the desired result is, in fact, already in progress. It is this passion; this trust; this optimism which allows the magic to unfold. This is of course true in the process of manifesting every aspect of your lives. It is your attitude which is all-important, and the degree to which you decide to trust the unfolding process. When you resist change and focus on what you do not desire, so you unfailingly create more of the same. Same-old; same-old. Pasem del dol i de la queixa a l'acció i la feina.

Els darrers esveniments están generant sentimental d'indignació i ràbia a molts catalans, però a l'hora estan generant una desbordantuna energia.

Cal que convertim aquest sentiments i energia en accions per construir una Republica.

Pasem del dol i de la queixa a l'acció i la feina.

Fem un breu repàs del que hem apres els darrers mesos.
Nosaltres  volem fer efectiva la República pacificament, amb democràcia. L'estat se salta la democràcia i usa la violència per impedir la república.

Si els republicans tenim majoria en escons, però no en vots, una part de la població ce Catalunya encara no veu clar els beneficis de la República.

Europa i la comunitat internacional no ens donaran suport fins que vegin que els costos i desaventstges de mantenir Catalunya dins Espanya son superiors als costos de fer efectiva la República catalana.

Vol dir tot això que no podem fer la República? Tot al contrari. La tenim mes aprop que mai, sobretot pel canvi del marc mental que a experimentat una gran part dels catalans, que ja no se senten representats per part del estat espanyol.
La massa social de la República ha crescut, amb més de  dos milions de vots, la nostra capacitat movilitzadora continua sent extraordinaria, i molts gent te una energia desbordant per actuar, per treballar per la República. Així dons, quina és la conclusió dels darrers esveniments? hem descobert que la tanca que hen de saltar (l'esstat) es mes alta del que pensàvem).
Si la tanc es mea alta l'estrategia per saltarla es clara:

1.- Reduir la seva alçadafent que el terra al seu voltant s'estovi, s'afebleixi.

2.- acumular mes forçes per saltar mes alt.

La linia estrategica de reduir l'alçada de la valla es basa en les cuatre crisis de l'estat que aviat entrará en resonancia:

- crisi de democràcia
- crisi de corrupció.
- crisi de pensons.
- crisi de deute.

Centrem-nos en enfortir els partidaris de la República. En aquesta acumulació de forces es fonamenta en tres eixos d'actuació:
- Institucional
- Ciutadà
- Internacional

A nivell internacional es fonamenta en triar els membres de la mesa del Parlament, investir al president de la Generalitat, formar govern, recuperar el control de les institucions i iniciar el procès constituent patlrticipatiu.

En aques primer eix hdm de tenir confiança en el nostre president, els nostres partits  i els seus candidats (ERC, CUP i JxC) aue es devindrán diputats.. Em consta que  se treballa en discreció per encarar aquest reptes

Els republicans no hem d'aceptar cap govern il-legitim que no reflecteixi elcque els catalans hem vorat a les urnes, no hem de fer cap concesió a aquells partits que donen suport a la violència policial i empresonament dels nostres politics. Cap ni una.

El segon eix es el ciutadà. El procès sibiranista va començar enfortit i consolidat per impuls gracies a la gent. Però com es lògic, els darrers mesos, el president, el govern i els partits catalans han liderat aquest procès.
En aquesta etapa tornarà a tenir importanci el cabdal de la gent, perque elbpresident, el govern estaran sotmesos a un intens setge politic, judicial, financer i mediatic per oart dels poders de l'estat, el seu marge d'actuació serà per tant, estret.

La iniciativa ha de pasat novament per la gent en un enfocament diferent, substituint les grans manifestacions per feina de formiga, microiniciatives, multiples microactuacions continuades i capilars a tot el territori: la xarxa per la República.
Aquesta multiplicitat de microaccions i microiniciatives son imposible d'aturar.
La capil-laritat multitudinaria es imposible de parar, i a d'anar enfocada  en gran part a convèncer unionistes dels beneficis de la República.

Una gran part de catalans voten unionisme per desconeixemdnt o perque nomès accedeixen a mitjans unionistes.
Hem d'arribar a tots aquells catalans, escoltar-los i explicarlos els beneficis i la gran oportunitat que representa per ells la República.

Molts d'ells o els seus pares van venir d'altres parts d'espanya per millorar la seva qualitat de vida. Per tant, son inconformistes.
Volen un futur millor.
Cal escoltar les seves motivacions i fer-los veure que tenen una oportunitat de fer un pais nou, explicant tot el que piden millorar des de el vesant economic, la justicia social, la democràcia, la contundència contra la corrupció, etc.

La  República que construirem i els canvis que farem junts mantindrà uns magnifics llaços de relació i cooperació amb espanya, i que pit ser l'espurna que privoqui un canvi a Espanya.

Ja surten moltes iniciatives impulsades pero la gent encamina a aquest objectiu.

Un cop format el govern, cal enviar una oferta  a tots els paisos europeus i d'altre com USA, israel etc. i deixar clar de que el moviment sobiranista català ha sortit reforçat el 21-D i que el conflicte entre Espanya i Catalunya i que nomes pot acabar amb un referendum  i definitiu o un acord de secessió pactat.

En aquesta  oferta hem d'exposar que Catalunya pit agafar nes deute del que li pertocaria i ajudar amb recursos i economicament Espanya durant els orimers anys de la República, que Catalunya te menys costos dels que preveuen minimitzar aquest costos.

Caldrà mantenir contactes discrets amb pausos clays per teixir aliances i complicitats que esvinguin aliats de la nova República catalana.

En resum: 
La República la hem de fer entre tots, la gent ha de tornar a tenir la iniciativa construin-la des de baix.
Si treballen junta aconseguirem  prou forces per superar el mur de l'estat. Tinguem confiança i pasem del dol a l'acció
