A long sought after action by Libertarians is one step closer to becoming a reality, as Rep. Thomas Massie’s (R-KY when ) Federal Reserve Transparency Act of 2017 (H.R. 24) is one step closer to being passed by the House.

The bill soared through The House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform after it was passed by voice vote with just around 30 minutes of debate. 

Libertarians and Republicans have been very supportive of such bills in the past, including the Federal Reserve Transparency Act of 2012 – a creation of then Texas congressman Ron Paul – which was overwhelmingly passed in the House with a bipartisan vote.

This time, however, the Democrats would have nothing to do with the bill, according to Market Watch.

“This bill would open the floodgates to political interference in monetary-policy making,” said Del. Eleanor Holmes Norton, a Democrat from the District of Columbia.

Rep. Carolyn Maloney, a Democrat from New York, said the measure would lead to higher interest rates because it would undermine the market’s confidence in the independence of the central bank.

Massie responded to the Democrats criticism of the bill, saying “It is ironic that the arsonists that caused the financial collapse are now being given credit…for putting out the fire. Almost every macro-economist concedes in retrospect that [the Fed’s] extended period of easy money led to the financial crisis.”

While Ron Paul’s 2012 bill stalled and died due to Democrat control of both the Senate and the White House, the 2017 bill has no such hurdles in front of it. In fact, Trump has expressed his support for auditing the fed when Kentucky Senator Rand Paul – son of Ron Paul – introduced companion legislation to Massie’s bill in the Senate in the form of S. 16 at the start of the year.

Furthermore, if – and likely when – the bill comes to the Senate, Paul will likely have the support of Democrat Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders, who has expressed support for the bill as well, and will likely attempt to sway a number of other Democrats to his side.

Global Collateral Accounts — What’s the Hold Up?

Today, I got an email from a group of Greek bankers asking me if the “Global Collateral Accounts” are real and why they can’t seem to get action releasing those funds even after allocations have been made and published?

Well, yes, there are Global Collateral Accounts that do contain assets that belonged to people long dead and whose specific heirs are not known, and as a result, those assets belong to the world-at-large and there is really no reason to leave them sitting around in bank deposit boxes and tranche flats doing no earthly good.

Fair enough. So some years ago a great housecleaning effort began in the Swiss vaults and has continued from there.

Unfortunately, most of the banks involved in the house cleaning effort used the opportunity to try to get rid of evidence of their own wrongdoing, tried to cheat depositors out of interest the banks owed, and otherwise pulled very shady deals claiming that huge amounts of assets were “abandoned” by legitimate trustees and known beneficiaries when they really weren’t abandoned at all—-a larger scale version of the fraud these same banks have pulled by claiming that you abandoned all the mortgage payments that were made to YOUR NAME’s undisclosed escrow account over the years.

The irony is that most of these “Historic Trusts” belong to people who have no interest in wielding huge amounts of money and who want the assets used for the same or similar purposes as the Global Collateral Accounts are meant to serve—that is, they are willing to serve the same philanthropic purposes as the Global Collateral Accounts. They simply aren’t willing to stand by deaf, dumb, and blind and let the banks make false claims of abandonment and seize the assets.

Every time one of the supposedly “abandoned” Historic Trusts pops up, a hand says— Hey, wait a minute, those assets belong to us. We didn’t abandon anything!—-the whole process has to be shut down and re-calibrated. The assets of the Historic Trust being claimed back have to be backed out of the Slush Pile.

A lot of time and bother could be saved if the banks just gave proper Notice to the last known address of the last known trustees and beneficiaries, but they are afraid to do so for a wide variety of reasons. If you don’t know that you are the heir of a billion dollars, shouldn’t you know? Where have you been all this while? Are you for real or just some con man sniffing around?

It was the same thing with the gold confiscated from our great-grandparents and grandparents back in the 1930’s, which the World Bank and IBRD claimed as Secondary Creditors. If I hadn’t raised my hand and said—- Oh, by the way….. those assets and all the years of interest owed on them would have been rolled into the Global Collateral Accounts.

Even more importantly, it was the same with the assets of the land jurisdiction states of America. Imagine what would have happened if nobody stepped up to the plate and claimed back the land you are standing on? This was a major league play by the banks. They actually thought they could get away with claiming that the American states had been abandoned and were available for resettlement and redistribution of all their assets.

So as you can now see, there’s a lot going on in the background and a lot of dirty deals have been pulled by the banks including a lot of false claims of “abandonment of funds” and “abandonment of assets” which have been made for both innocent and self-interested reasons.

All that bosh keeps holding up settlement of what is and is not legitimately part of the Global Collateral Accounts. More and more heirs and beneficiaries and trustees and fiduciaries keep coming out of the woodwork and showing reasonable provenance and basis to claim assets back out of the banker’s Slush Pile.

Every time we think we get it done, or “close enough to call”— pop! Someone else shows up at the table and produces a receipt for a thousand Gold Certificates from 1904, or the last scion of one of the Conquistadors crawls out from under a rock in Costa Rica and says, “Uh, well-ah, Senor…….”

If we are fair and if we are honest and if we care about what is true, we owe each and every one of these claims investigation and settlement. And that takes time, especially in view of the amount of fraud and graft and collusion and general bad behavior by too many of the banks involved.

Si alguien robó su identidad, ¿tendría ningún problema para informar al banco y el que más se vio afectado por la estafa? Haría falta más de un nanosegundo para que se oponga a pagar las cuentas de otra persona? La aceptación de la responsabilidad por crímenes de otra persona? 

 

Bueno, vamos, ahora, que es lo que ha ocurrido aquí. 

 

Los criminales en el Congreso estafados sus abuelos y padres, robaron nuestra identidad nacional, agarraron nuestras tarjetas de crédito, establecieron millones de plica falsa cuentas mismas beneficien y se han pasado sus ganancias y el tiempo mal habidas en el Distrito de Columbia improvisar otra gigantesca estafa que están tratando de desatar sobre usted y sus hijos en este momento.

Es hora de despertar y tirar del enchufe en esto. 

 

¿Cómo? 

 

Para empezar, si usted no es un empleado civil o militar federal, un oficial electo de una corporación federal, un operador de franquicia voluntaria de una corporación federal, un afroamericano, un destinatario federal de asistencia social, o una persona que busca asilo político federal --- si usted es hombre común americano que trabaja en el sector privado, un agricultor, dueño de un negocio no incorporado, etc., --- usted puede revocar su elección a pagar impuestos federales. 

 

15 mes de abril puede ser un día de fiesta.¿Imagina eso?

Eso es lo que ha sido para mí, desde 1998. Tengo una fiesta. Nos beber champán barato.Recitamos mala poesía. Nos lanzar insultos a Shakespeare --- "Tú corpulento, aleta-papada, cabruno, malhechor aullidos! ¿Cómo te atreves implica una deuda bottomery!"

Empezar. No hay tiempo como ahora.

Usted escribe un anticuado carta a los miembros de la Comisión de que el IRS y el Servicio de Impuestos Internos y simplemente les dice que usted es elegible para la exención y está revocando su elección para pagar impuestos federales. Por favor, ajuste sus registros en consecuencia y honrar a mi exención.

Mi punto es que millones y millones de estadounidenses inocentes pueden evitar el pago de un tercio o más de sus ingresos (que son propiedad privada, no renta de las sociedades) como un "impuesto sobre donaciones y raíces" que no deben, en apoyo de una organización que ha practicado el fraude, usurpación, el secuestro, la prensa-brazolada, el robo, la piratería en el interior, derechos de autor y violación de marca registrada y conspiración para el asesinato en contra de ellos. 

 

Enviar esas cartas eficaces con 1 de octubre de, 2015 (o en esa fecha hasta diez años antes) y mantener su crédito en casa, donde pertenece. 

 

A continuación, relajarse. Informe a su banquero local amistoso que se han retirado de todo servicio federal y su cuenta bancaria personal es de hecho una cuenta bancaria privada y todos los fondos depositados en o transferidas desde esa cuenta son los fondos privados que deben ser denominados como moneda de curso legal. Enviar que recibo certificado de Estados Unidos a vuelta de correo, también. Cada vez que intentan endilgar un nuevo acuerdo, vuelve a enviar la misma información. 

 

Esta ellos y el IRS impide la presunción de que los dígitos de su cuenta son billetes de la Reserva Federal y que a su vez les impide la confiscación de su dinero, la emisión de gravámenes falsos en contra de ella, y de otra manera tratando de estafarlo.

Una vez que su revocar su "elección" para pagar, nunca se puede presentar los impuestos federales sobre la renta de nuevo.Por ley. Así que nadie, incluyendo junior marmota agentes del IRS, que puede acusar de tener cualquier obligación o de no presentar o cualquiera de esas declamaciones de nuevo.

If someone stole your identity, would you have any trouble reporting it to the bank and whoever else was impacted by the swindle? Would it take more than a nanosecond for you to object to paying someone else's bills? Accepting the blame for someone else's crimes? 

 

Well, come on, now, that is what has happened here. 

 

The criminals in Congress swindled your grandparents and parents, stole our national identity, grabbed our credit cards, set up millions of phony escrow ACCOUNTS benefiting themselves and have spent their ill-gotten gains and time in the District of Columbia cobbling up another gigantic swindle they are attempting to unleash on you and your kids right now.

It's time to wake up and pull the plug on this. 

 

How? 

 

For starters, if you aren't a federal civilian or military employee, an elected officer of a federal corporation, a voluntary franchise operator of a federal corporation, an African American, a federal welfare recipient, or a federal political asylum seeker--- if you are Joe Average American working in the private sector, a farmer, an unincorporated business owner, etc.,---you can revoke your election to pay Federal Income Taxes. 

 

April 15 can be a holiday. Imagine that?

That's what it has been for me, since 1998. I have a party. We drink cheap champagne. We recite bad poetry. We hurl Shakespearian insults--- "Thou burly, flap-jowled, goatish, howling miscreant! How darest Thou imply a bottomery debt!"

Get started. There is no time like now.

You write an old-fashioned letter to the Commissioners of the IRS and the Internal Revenue Service and you simply tell them that you are eligible for exemption and are revoking your election to pay Federal Income Taxes. Please adjust your records accordingly and honor my exemption.

Send the revocation letter via US Certified Mail, Return Receipt Requested. 

Keep a copy of the letters and the mailing receipts. That's it.  

If anyone from the IRS or Internal Revenue Service asks about your tax status or sends you anything in the mail insinuating that you owe them money or have to file any reports, send copies of your copies of the revocation letter and mailing receipts. Certifiy that the copies are true, complete, and correct, sign and date. Stuff it in the mail, U.S. Certified, Return Receipt Requested---- and down their tubes.

If anyone calls you "Mr." or "Mrs." or "Miss" from now on, inform them that you are not a Warrant Officer in the Merchant Marines (that is, a Withholding Agent) and you will happily object if anyone presumes that you are.

You may have to give your employer a written and notarized Waiver absolving them of any responsibility to withhold federal taxes from your paycheck. You might have to fill out a W8 BEN for that purpose. 

 

My point is that millions upon millions of innocent Americans can avoid paying a third or more of their earnings (which are private property, not corporate income) as a "gift and estate tax" that they don't owe, in support of an organization that has practiced fraud, usurpation, kidnapping, press-ganging, theft, inland piracy, copyright and trademark infringement and conspiracy to murder against them. 

 

Send those letters effective with October 1, 2015 (or on that date up to ten years prior) and keep your credit at home where it belongs. 

 

Then, kick back. Inform your friendly local banker that you have retired from all federal service and your PERSONAL bank account is in fact a private bank account and all funds deposited in or transferred from that account are private funds that must be denominated as lawful money. Send that U.S. Certified Return Receipt Requested, too. Every time they try to foist off some new agreement, resend the same information. 

 

This keeps them and the IRS from presuming that the digits in your account are Federal Reserve Notes and that in turn prevents them from confiscating your money, issuing bogus liens against it, and otherwise seeking to defraud you.

Once your revoke your "election" to pay, you can never file federal income taxes again. By law. So nobody, including Junior Woodchuck IRS Agents, can accuse you of having any such obligation or of failing to file or any of that clap-trap again.

It's a lovely feeling to know the truth and know who you are and how to stuff corks in the mouths of those who have been extorting money out of you. 

 

It's downright glorious to tell an IRS Agent, "Who gave you permission to even speak to me?"

Ah, yes, sweet freedom. 

 

It's what our people have fought and died for, for generations. It's what you deserve and what you have been denied.

So, why wait another ten seconds?

Join me. On April 15th this year, take off your manacles and chains. Stretch your bent back. Take a deep, deep breath.... and begin a whole new and different relationship with the IRS. 

 

From now on, they don't collect from you. They collect for you.

Go forth, America, and conquer.

WASHINGTON — Heavily armed U.S. marshals, whose normal job is to hunt down dangerous fugitives, are being used to evict tenants in the nation’s capital.
 
SWAT-vest-wearing marshals sneaked into Donya Williams’ apartment with guns drawn to serve an eviction notice, the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) is alleging in a complaint.

Williams was reportedly naked and in the apartment with her 12-year-old daughter when the marshals entered and pointed guns at everyone, WJLA television reported.

The marshals were evicting Williams because she had not paid the rent on her Washington, D.C., apartment. “It happened all so quick,” 12-year-old Juanita Williams told the TV station.

Said Donya, “And I’m sitting there just shaking, just trembling and I’m saying, ‘Please just give me a minute to get dressed because I don’t have on anything.’”

The eviction took place in 2015 but the ACLU filed its complaint in February of this year.  “There is not even a plausible safety justification for that,” ACLU attorney Scott Michelman said. “It’s just humiliating and it’s wrong.”

Federal SWAT Team Used for Evictions? 

Marshals wearing SWAT vests and sometimes carrying rifles routinely serve eviction notices in the nation’s capital, Reason’s Elizabeth Nolan Brown wrote. She witnessed a separate eviction in D.C. performed by marshals. Although Williams’ eviction involved an apartment, marshals also are used to evict homeowners.

The marshals are in charge of evictions in D.C. because they are in charge of carrying out orders of the Superior Court for the District of Columbia. The marshals’ duties include serving eviction notices.

Since the District of Columbia is not in a state, the federal government is responsible for law enforcement and other government services that would normally be provided by the state, county or city.

“This winds up weird for a number of reasons,” Brown wrote. “First, let’s consider the impact on evicted tenants. Being evicted is tough enough without the public embarrassment and intimidation of having it made into a spectacle complete with rifle-wearing U.S. marshals in SWAT vests and a baseball team’s worth of mandated movers. And the potential for escalation of hostilities, violence, and (should anything get out of hand) criminal penalties are always greater when you throw armed federal agents into the mix.

“Sure, some sort of security during evictions might be necessary, but in most cases it could probably be handled better by building security staff or community police than people primarily trained for things like federal-prisoner transport and apprehending fugitives.”

The law even requires the landlords to provide movers for the eviction.

Williams was refusing to pay her rent because of a dispute with her landlord at the time of the eviction.
“They have my record,” she told Barber. “I have [no criminal record] — not even a bad driving record.”

Williams has since moved to a new apartment but has filed a complaint against the marshals for violating her rights.
