El 155 produirà retallades en els pressupostos de l'Estat del 2018

Un parell d'explicacions tècniques. 
La primera és que de vegades un país o regió compleix amb el seu dèficit gràcies al fet que el PIB ha pujat. 
A l'any següent es fa un pressupost confiant en un creixement igual o superior, però, si no és així, el percentatge de dèficit sobre el PIB creix i s'incompleix el que la UE havia imposat. 
Per exemple, Espanya creia que el 2017 creixeria un 3,5% i la UE li va donar permís per endeutar un 3,1%. Bé, doncs si finalment el seu creixement és només del 3%, hi haurà incorregut en un dèficit del 3,6% ...

Per sort el tema català ha passat al novembre i quan Catalunya liderava l'augment de PIB ... 
Malauradament, si el 2018 no hi ha estabilitat a Catalunya, el PP haurà de fer uns pressupostos a la baixa perquè ningú li comprarà a Europa un creixement alt. Recordem que per a l'any que la UE li demana que el dèficit baixi del psicològic 3% ...

La segona és la manca d'ingressos. 
Els piolines i les imatges de nazis deambulant per Catalunya han fet baixar el turisme i la despesa. Això vol dir menys recaptació d'IVA i impostos diversos. 
Una inestabilitat que durarà molt de temps degut també a l'autoboicot de consum que hi ha a Catalunya.

Per tant, es presenta un 2018 volàtil: retallades en Sanitat i Educació (tal com va anunciar Montoro), possibilitat de menys ingressos, més atur ... Sense comptar que la prima de risc pugi ...

Desgraciadamente, si en 2018 no hay estabilidad en Catalunya, el PP deberá hacer unos presupuestos a la baja porque nadie le comprará en Europa un crecimiento alto. Recordemos que para el próximo año la UE le pide que el déficit baje del psicológico 3%...

La segunda es la falta de ingresos. 
Los piolines y las imágenes de nazis deambulando por Catalunya han hecho bajar el turismo y el gasto. Eso quiere decir menos recaudación de IVA e impuestos varios.
Una inestabilidad que durará mucho tiempo debido también al autoboicot de consumo que hay en Catalunya.
