These past 200 years have worked behind the scenes to get electronic money upand running. Well, then there was mail in the way it is now, but I started the banking system there is today. I did not start the Federal Reserve System, this mess is the work entirely of the BBB & G, but electronic money transfer is efficient and easy to use.

In the near future the money of all societies on earth will be the same and have the same value that you can not make the game of exchange rates.  It will become increasingly difficult to make money handling investments such as the stock market as currently operating and betting underway, such as the future market . The money will be made strictly through legitimate business practices.

En aquella época yo personalmente practiqué la administración del dinero, muy parecido a como la Reserva Federal lo hace ahora. Mi pueblo perdió su sentido de la espiritualidad porque se convirtieron en devoradores del dinero, las riquezas y el materialismo.

Mi sociedad cayó por mi mala administración. El dinero llegó a no tener valor, justo como lo que está pasando ahora, en base a una gran escala, por gran parte del mundo. Mi sociedad se colapsó y no tenía nada a dónde recurrir, cuando el dinero llegó a no tener valor. 

Básicamente acabábamos de imprimir y gastábamos, desarrollando pocas habilidades a las que pudiéramos recurrir para sobrevivir. Aprendí mucho entonces. No lo hice para provocar colapso y control. Lo hice porque quería que la gente estuviera feliz y cómoda. Estaban demasiado cómodos. Pero en esa aventura aprendí mucho sobre cómo funciona el dinero.

Estos últimos 200 años he trabajado detrás de las escenas para organizar el dinero electrónico y su  funcionamiento.Bueno, entonces no era electrónico en la forma que es ahora, pero empecé el sistema bancario que hay hoy. Yo no empecé el Sistema de la Reserva Federal, este desorden es el trabajo por completo de los Muchachotes y Muchachotas Malos, Pero la transferencia electrónica del dinero es eficiente y fácil de usar.

En un futuro cercano el dinero de todas las sociedades de la tierra será el mismo y tendrá el mismo valor para que no se pueda hacer el juego de las tasas de cambio.  Se hará cada vez más difícil hacer dinero con inversiones de manipulación, tales como la bolsa como funciona actualmente y las apuestas en marcha, tales como el mercado del futuro. El dinero será hecho estrictamente mediante prácticas legítimas de negocios.

En efecto, unos pocos años después de que NESARA haya sido implementada y sus cambios tengan efecto por todo el mundo, todos va a tener dinero suficiente. Cuando todo el mundo tenga dinero suficiente, no jugarán el juego de la inflación, que los Muchachotes y Muchachotas Malos crean intencionadamente para robar a la gente en formas muy variadas. Lo que sucederá en breve es que cuando ustedes estén nadando en abundante dinero descubrirán que esta cosa es inútil y construirán una sociedad que no lo usa. La gente de la Tierra Interna no usa dinero. Allí todo el mundo trabaja y la jornada completa es de 20 horas a la semana o menos, como definan su semana en la superficie.

Estas gentes hacen trueque por artículos de lujo y se les enseñará a ustedes cómo hacer esto en la superficie. En realidad, la mayoría de los países de gran tamaño pueden producir lo que necesitan y no tendrán que negociar mucho. Ustedes van a producir artículos que no se desgastan a los pocos días de que la garantía se expira.

No van a necesitar un coche nuevo cada pocos años. Sus vehículos prácticamente durarán para siempre. Necesitarán desarrollar medios mejores para viajar que el automóvil. Hay una variedad de opciones disponibles para escoger y puede variar de un país a otro. Pasará un buen tiempo antes de que tengan la teleportación disponible para su uso. Para que estas tecnologías lleguen a ser útiles hay que hacer trabajo espiritual.

Ahora, de vuelta con NESARA. En los Estados Unidos y muchos otros países alrededor del mundo que tienen sistemas bancarios fraudulentos y sistemas de impuestos fraudulentos los ciudadanos de estos países obtendrán una especie de reembolso que viene por un periodo de tiempo. La cantidad dependerá de las tasas de inflación de los países involucrados y de la longitud de tiempo que ha durado el sistema fraudulento.

Para muchos países no ha sido todo establecido todavía, como NESARA fue creada en los Estados Unidos para los Estados Unidos. Otros países estuvieron interesados en la idea y varios habían desarrollado planes para ser puestos en la práctica en un corto tiempo después de que NESARA fuera anunciada en los EE.UU. el pasado Marzo del 2.004. Desde que la Federación Galáctica se hizo cargo de la puesta en práctica de NESARA al final del Mayo último, se decidió llevarla a cabo en una zona mucho más grande y para el otoño simplemente ponerla en práctica por todo el mundo.

Anterior a esto, si NESARA se hubiera anunciado hace más de un año, iba a haber presiones políticas y económicas aplicadas a países resistentes para alentarlos a hacer cambios similares. Habría habido mucha más dificultar para trabajar y traer NESARA a muchos países en lugares como el África, los países separados de la Unión Soviética y casi todos los de América Central y del Sur.

La paz mundial, la verdadera paz aún estaría a un largo camino en estos pequeños países bajo dictadores que no hubieran cooperado y dejado el poder. Aunque los EE.UU. se replegaran y trajeran sus tropas de vuelta a casa, muchos pequeños países aún estarían en guerra de una manera u otra.

Con la toma del control por la Federación Galáctica, como todos los implicados estudiaron la Tierra, se hizo evidente que la mejor forma de proceder sería instalarla por todo el mundo, y punto, en un breve espacio de tiempo. Este mundo está muy enfermo, como todos bien saben, tanto su medio ambiente como sus gentes. Realmente no es factible esperar, con los efectos en aumento de las energías del Cinturón de Fotones y los cambios terrestres que la Madre Tierra desea hacer para la limpieza de la negatividad del planeta.

Aunque el planeta estaba bastante enfermo en los tiempos de la Atlántida cerca del final de esa era, no estaba ni siquiera cerca a lo enfermo que está ahora. Tenía una población similar en aquel entonces, pero todavía había mucha espiritualidad y tecnologías espirituales que no contaminaban. No utilizábamos petróleo, excepto para algunos plásticos por entonces. Los plásticos tienen su lugar y son útiles.

Voy a describir ahora los cambios para los Estados Unidos, ya que éstos son para los que más se ha detallado y planeado. Europa, Canadá, Rusia, India y China tendrán cambios similares. Todavía estamos trabajando datos para muchos países pequeños del mundo divididos por guerras. No podemos hacer cambios monetarios en estos países hasta que no haya un gobierno estable. Este artículo es más sobre cambios monetarios que políticos. Saben que los malos gobiernos están siendo sustituidos.

Ya son concientes de que las deudas de las tarjetas de crédito serán eliminadas. Esto es para todo el mundo, ciudadano o no de los Estados Unidos. Su deuda hipotecaria también será perdonada pero esto es sólo para los ciudadanos. Tendrán que llenar papeleo, probando que son ciudadanos. No tendrán que hacer pagos al anuncio. En general, habrá perdón de la deuda de las tarjetas de crédito en cualquier país que cargue intereses excesivos y gastos de crédito. En muchos países islámicos no se carga el interés. En estos países las deudas son por tanto legales y éticas y no serán descargadas. NESARA será bastante diferente de un país a otro.

Ahora deseo cubrir un área, brevemente cubierta en los Reportes de la Paloma. Cada ciudadano de los Estados Unidos, mayor de 21 años, recibirá una suma de diez millones de dólares, como reembolso del dinero tomado a través de  fraudes en la banca e impuestos desde 1913 cuando se creó la Reserva del Sistema Federal.

Realmente no es posible llegar a una cifra real. Los diseñadores de NESARA básicamente sacaron una cifra del sombrero, por así decirlo. Los depósitos deberán empezar en un año aproximadamente.  Una razón de la espera es que a aquellos que han estado ilegalmente robando dinero durante mucho tiempo, y como resultado son muy ricos, se les quitarán estos fondos mal habidos (lo que incluye dinero ganado con el tráfico de drogas), como parte de su castigo o lo que preferimos llamar rehabilitación. Esta acción suministrará algunos de los fondos que les llegarán a ustedes.

Este dinero se depositará mensualmente en sus cuentas bancarias. Será US$75.000 al mes, hasta que se hayan alcanzado los diez millones, en ligeramente menos de 12 años. Además de esto, para compensar en algún grado la masiva inflación durante muchos años desde 1.913, todo en EE.UU. tendrá precio nuevo, simplemente moviendo un punto decimal un espacio a la izquierda. Esto no compensará por completo la inflación pero matemáticamente es simple de hacer. Una vez que el dinero antes mencionado empiece a ser distribuido algunos de ustedes con visiones y un plan pueden aplicar para recibir una porción más grande al comienzo, si pueden probar la necesidad.

Esto quiere decir, el mover el punto decimal, que todo costará 1/10 de lo que costaba. Los salarios también cambiarán, siendo también el  1/10 del original. ¿Cuál es el por qué de esto en los Estados Unidos? Ayudará a corregir el déficit en el comercio y los problemas de llevarse los trabajos a lugares más baratos en el exterior. Serán competitivos con el resto del mundo.

Su dólar ha sido terriblemente mal utilizado en la creación de la inflación 

intencionadamente. Si no han leído algunos de los Protocolos de Sión, ahora sería un buen momento para hacerlo. Éstos describen con bastante detalle los planes monetarios para la esclavitud y las formas para hacer dinero del dinero. Una sociedad ideal que aún utiliza dinero aprende que la inflación es un auténtico asesino. La inflación sólo tiene lugar como resultado de la avaricia, llana y simplemente.

No sólo en los Estados Unidos, sino también en países donde el valor del dinero es comparable con el dólar, en tasas de cambio, tendremos ajustes similares en la economía para hacer sus dineros más iguales en valor. Los países más pobres no necesitarán estos ajustes.  Planeamos que en 5 años o menos habrá una moneda universal. Mucho de ello será electrónico pero los bancos tendrán metales preciosos que lo respalden.

Así que ahora, ¿qué harán los ciudadanos de los Estados Unidos y de otros países con este dinero?  US$75.000 al mes, con una economía de vuelta a cambios más bajos, es en alguna forma más de lo que podrían gastar en una vida de lujo. Tampoco habrá bastantes bienes para comprar con ello, como bienes de lujo. No todos ustedes pueden comprar un yate personal, por ejemplo.

Aquí es donde eligen convertirse en un mesías, de una forma o de otra.  Pueden crear programas para cuidar de la gente con él.  Pueden crear mejores escuelas.  Pueden actualizar la tecnología, a medida que nueva tecnología se les va dando. Si lo hiciéramos a mi manera, pararíamos el dinero ahora mismo y cada uno contribuiría con tiempo a su sociedad. El dinero es imaginario en todo caso.  Pero sus múltiples sociedades por todo el mundo no están preparadas para esto todavía.

Aún necesitan dinero como moneda de cambio. Será una gran prueba para mucha gente en los Estados Unidos y países ricos parecidos, lo que hagan con este dinero. Algunos seguro que experimentarán con el poder en una forma negativa. Esto no durará mucho ya que como todos ustedes tendrán mucho no necesitarán caer bajo el poder de otros. No va a haber más inflación así que no funcionará el comprar un montón de apartamentos y alquilarlos a precios cada vez más aumentados.

Será interesante lo que sucederá con la vivienda. Me imagino que muchos de ustedes no van a continuar viviendo en un apartamentito diminuto, o en viejas casas móviles gastadas y viviendas viejas similares. Les aconsejaría a algunos de ustedes interesados en el nuevo mercado de la vivienda que será creado a partir de esta riqueza que esperen en hacerlo así hasta que comprendan las más nuevas tecnologías y puedan ponerlas en práctica.

La red eléctrica en muchos países debe desaparecer. Recibirán nueva tecnología, cada edificio puede tener su propio suministro de electricidad que es limpio y eficiente. Tienen gran cantidad de electricidad en el aire para obtenerla.  Ésta se puede usar fácilmente y para obtenerla no se requiere combustible.

Por favor no tengan prisa en edificar y crear edificios utilizando para la energía viejas tecnologías. Esperen un poco por favor, no sólo si son constructores sino también compradores. Por todo el mundo existen edificios de apartamentos. Si están correctamente construidos éstos deberían mantenerse y ser utilizados durante un periodo de tiempo. Pueden ser reformados y tirar paredes para hacer las habitaciones más grandes. Creen pocos, pero apartamentos más grandes en estos edificios.

No será necesario por más tiempo meter a la gente en pequeños lugares para obtener grandes beneficios. De hecho muchos preferirán seguir viviendo en esos edificios, ya que muchos no quieren solares que cuidar, o viajar grandes distancias para trabajar. En muchas áreas, que están muy pobladas, no hay suficiente terreno para extenderse. 

Busquen cambiar para mejor a estas comunidades. Yo sugeriría que con todo el dinero disponible, que éstas sean convertidas a unidades que puedan ser compradas, en vez de alquiladas, quitando de en medio el dinero que se saca de los alquileres en la forma que existe al presente.

Se necesitará utilizar los automóviles durante un tiempo hasta que haya nuevas técnicas. Se irán librando de autopistas y carreteras, como las conocen. Muchos probablemente poseerán aerodeslizadores para algunos de los requisitos del transporte. Deberían también construir comunidades en las cuales muchos puedan trabajar ya sea desde casa, o cerca, y así será disminuida la gran cantidad de tiempo gastado en el viaje diario.

Sus grandes supermercados necesitan desaparecer. Deberán tener pequeñas tiendas comunitarias para los alimentos frescos. Deberán tener zonas para cultivar verduras frescas en las comunidades. Aún importarán alimentos de otros países, pero éstos serán embarcados en forma bastante diferente. Con el uso de “platillos voladores” los alimentos pueden ser cosechados y transportados en cuestión de horas para consumo más inmediato.

Muchos de ustedes que buscan misiones mesiánicas las deben buscan en la alimentación y en cómo se suministra. Si ya están trabajando en el área de la alimentación, en cualquier forma que sea, quédense ahí y traigan los cambios nuevos. Los restaurantes seguirán siendo importantes. En efecto, por todo el mundo necesitarán más de ellos, ya que la gente viajará por negocios, recreo y aprendizajes con mucha más frecuencia. Los amigos de la Tierra Interna intentan enseñarles muchas cosas sobre la alimentación en todas las áreas de importancia. Si eligen algo mesiánico qué hacer no sólo necesitamos ayuda para alimentar al mundo sino también necesitamos ayuda para traerles toda suerte de cambios en cada campo imaginable.

El planeta está cambiando su eje.  No había cambio de las estaciones que ustedes experimentan.  Esto sucedió cuando la Atlántida se hundió y con los cambios de la banda de fotones por aquel tiempo. La existencia normal del planeta es recta de arriba a abajo, no inclinada. Cuando esto vuelva a la normalidad totalmente tendrán dificultades para medir el año en que no será marcado por los cambios de las estaciones. Muchos de los cambios del tiempo en los últimos años son el resultado de los cambios graduales en la inclinación.

Como resultado los alimentos que cultiven también cambiarán.  Las estaciones de crecimiento serán más largas, de hecho constantes.

Pero me parece que me he desviado un poco. De vuelta con los fondos de prosperidad. Cierto número de individuos va a recibir fondos, que han sido a propósito creados con el tiempo por personas ricas para ser distribuidos por el mundo en general. Los receptores de estos fondos lo redistribuirán a otros. Esto es lo que han visto al hacer las listas para receptores designados.

Estos receptores pueden usar sus fondos para un proyecto mesiánico y también continuar la distribución a otros más allá de sus necesidades. Recuerden que meses más adelante la mayoría en los Estados Unidos y países similares tendrá generosos fondos de los que hablé anteriormente. Si ustedes son ciudadanos comiencen a crear ideas sobre como usar esta devolución de impuestos e intereses.

En un año verán que llegan nuevas tecnologías y cómo podrían elegir participar.  Muchos de ustedes deberán permanecer en sus áreas ya de interés y hacer cambios desde ellas. Si esto no es posible, por la naturaleza de su empleo, en su lugar pueden simplemente escribir un cheque, dando los fondos a aquellos que los necesiten.

Va a ver mucho en construcción de muchas diferentes formas. Así que comprendan que si ningún fondo de prosperidad les llega, y esto es posible, ustedes van a recibir su prosperidad a través del programa de devolución. Como dije, esto también pasará en muchos otros países. No puedo darles las cantidades a devolver en este mensaje, ya que será diferente de un lugar a otro. Y no olviden todos ustedes que tienen créditos y préstamos a través de instituciones comerciales que obtienen el beneficio del perdón de la deuda.

Pero los dineros robados van a ser devueltos por todo el mundo, en dondequiera que esto haya pasado.  Los países del África y otras áreas similares del mundo pueden tener poco que devolver.  Los canallas que manejan estos lugares no son tan ricos, ellos gastan mucho de ello.  Cualesquiera dineros que puedan ser devueltos en estos países probablemente irán a visionarios que puedan hacer algo de consecuencia de este dinero.

También en los Estados Unidos hay muchos quienes recibirán fondos, que fueron los granjeros en los asuntos de las reclamaciones de las granjas.  Estos dineros serán devueltos muy pronto después del anuncio de NESARA en los Estados Unidos.  Ustedes saben quiénes son, en ese programa.  Hay algunos que fueron granjeros, que en igual forma fueron robados, quienes también pueden recibir fondos, pero primero recibirán alguna educación sobre esto.  Muchos quienes dejaron sus granjas bajo presión y préstamos que no pudieron pagar no son aún concientes del programa de reclamación.

Algunos de ustedes que puedan dejar sus trabajos lo deberían hacer y viajar a estos lugares y arreglarlos con sus devoluciones. Únanse en grupos y junten sus recursos y habilidades, trabajando la idea de “Dos o más en Mi Nombre.”  Estos países pobres que tienen una electricidad tan horrible, o la falta de ella, necesitan beneficiarse de las nuevas tecnologías que sean introducidas.

Deben crear viviendas decentes y suministros de alimentos para estas gentes y emplearlas en el proceso a medida que crecen como comunidades sostenibles y fuera de vivir en pequeñas cabañas.  Uds. necesitan hacer más cosas que sólo tener una gran línea de alimentación, necesitan construir comunidades e involucrar a estas personas en la creación del sueño.

Incluso podrían ser capaces de construir comunidades que realmente no necesiten dinero, que con el tiempo sean autosuficientes. Dejemos a esas gentes aprender el valor de ayudarse a ellas mismas utilizándoles a ustedes como recursos. Enséñenles a "pescar", en otras palabras. Pero denles de comer primero ya que la gente hambrienta no se puede mover más allá del hambre hasta que no hayan sido alimentados.

Comprendan que NESARA y los Eventos de la Segunda Venida no arreglarán inmediatamente el mundo, sólo pondrán el escenario. Creo que veremos un mundo muy diferente en un periodo de cinco años. Sus visitantes espaciales harán cumplir la paz, en un breve tiempo, permitiéndoles empezar su trabajo.

Hasta que los fondos y las ideas no empiecen a funcionar, ellos pueden alimentar a muchos, en zonas que están empobrecidas, hasta que el resto de ustedes pueda ayudar de otras maneras. La gente estelar no lo va a hacer todo. Ustedes deben hacerlo todo. Ellos servirán más en la capacidad de consejeros.  Ellos impartirán el conocimiento que necesitan para cambiar su mundo, pero ustedes mismos deben hacer uso de este conocimiento y crear los cambios.

Y como  mencioné, la gente de la Tierra Interna impartirá conocimiento, ellos han estado ahí y han hecho eso, como la expresión va, y están deseosos de compartir con ustedes su propio aprendizaje y experiencia. Pero la sociedad de la Tierra Interna no tiene los problemas de población de la superficie, ni el grado de conflictos políticos, en absoluto, por lo que no tienen todas las soluciones. Éste también será un tiempo de aprendizaje para ellos, a medida que empiezan a mezclarse con ustedes.

Así, mis amigos, empiecen sus sueños e ideas en serio. Estudien su mundo y sus necesidades. Miren primero en casa, si eso les viene bien, por lo que necesita arreglarse. Vayan a Internet y lean sobre otros lugares. África está más necesitada que otros. Está dividida tanto por la guerra e inestable. Aún cuando hay pobres en casi cualquier país, los países del África son los que más pobreza tienen.

Las sociedades en Sudamérica tienen muchos pobres, pero éstas también tienen grandes recursos. Si Uds. viven en Sudamérica, miren a su alrededor. Tienen mucho sobre lo que hacer mejoras, pero sus recursos y educación son mejores que en el África. Lo que el África sí tiene, no obstante, es una gran gente en general, quien está exhausta de vivir como vive y una vez alimentada y curada de sus enfermedades, ella será una fuerza poderosa para ayudarse entre sí, si Uds. les suministran a ellos solo dinero y ciertos recursos.

Nos haremos cargo del problema de los dictadores que existe en muchos lugares.  Habrá gente estelar en gobiernos temporales en muchos países del África ya que no hay nadie adecuado para hacerlo por el momento. Rusia está empezando a alistarse a hacerlo ayudando a los países que dejaron la Unión Soviética en una forma positiva. Ustedes no leen sobre esto por supuesto pero está pasando.

Realmente, Putín no será sustituido en este momento, él ha venido tan completamente a la Luz.  Él tiene muchos desafíos por delante y de ellos depende. Rusia también tendrá elecciones honestas a su debido tiempo, pero no en cuatro meses, lo que pasará en los Estados Unidos. Muchos países tendrán que esperar más de 4 meses para unas elecciones honestas ya que son muy inestables para tenerlas.

Así que estoy intentando decir que los cambios variarán de un país a otro, dependiendo de las situaciones locales. Pero dentro de un año habrá mucha mayor fluidez de dinero de una variedad de fuentes para todo el mundo. Buenos días, mis amigos. YO SOY Violinio Germain.
