A vegades ens queda alguna peça de pa després de berenar i al dia següent diem: "Aquest pa està dur" i és molt probable que sí ho estigui, però pensat en això i en una gran reflexió de Wilder Hernandez (Psicòleg destacat) avui vull compartir aquesta frase amb tu: "El pa no està dur ... dur és no tenir pa" 

Sembla mentida, però som especialistes en queixar-nos, i la majoria de les vegades ens queixem sense raó, sense sentit, per tonteries, per egoisme. 
"El pa no està dur ... dur és no tenir pa"

Què vol dir això? Que el treball que tens no és dur, dur és no tenir feina. Que tenir el cotxe danyat no és dur, dur és no tenir un cotxe. Que per tenir el cotxe danyat i haver de caminar a prendre l'autobus això és dur, no !, això no és dur, dur és no tenir cames, dur és no poder caminar.

Menjar arròs amb sardina no és dur, dur és no tenir menjar. Perdre la causa en algun problema familiar no és dur, dur (i creeme que molt dur!) És perdre un familiar.

Dir, T'ESTIMO mirant als ulls d'una altra persona no és dur, dur és dir-ho davant d'una làpida o un taüt on ja no tenen sentit les paraules. 
Queixar no és dur, dur és no saber ser agraïts.

Avui és un bon dia per DONAR GRÀCIES pel que tenim i no deixar que la nostra felicitat depengui d'alguna cosa o d'algú. "La nostra felicitat depèn de nosaltres mateixos i del que agraït que siguem amb el que tenim"

Dur no és enviar aquest missatge a un bon amic, dur és no tenir un amic a qui enviar

Eating rice with sardines is not hard, hard is not having food. Losing cause in a family problem is not hard, hard (and believe me that hard!) Is losing a family member.

Say, I LOVE YOU looking into the eyes of another person is not hard, hard is put in front of a headstone or a coffin where they no longer felt the words. 
Complaining is not hard, hard is not knowing how to be grateful.

Today is a good day to give thanks for what we have and not let our happiness depend on something or someone. "Our happiness depends on ourselves and how grateful we are with what we have"

Hard not send this message to a good friend is hard not to have a friend whom I send it

Australian MOODLE choose Barcelona instead of Madrid to settle.
