False spiritual beliefs that you should banish from your life

In all areas of life we ​​find news that are taken for certain.

It is phrases that are repeated by word of mouth and that was just giving them some consideration but have no real basis.

The same happens in the  world espiritua l.

It is easy to end up assuming certain claims that have no basis, therefore it is essential to reflect on everything we hear and read forge own opinions.

Here are some examples of false  spiritual beliefs  that perhaps being a drag on your life without you even realizing you were:

Just visualize something to happen

One of the exercises that often propose coach for personal growth and also collected many books on personal success is that for something to happen, you need  to visualize hard .

Imagine doing something and experience it with full definition puts us on the path to achieve it.

It is true that visualize reaching a goal can give us strength and energy to fight for it, but you need to act.

Confine itself to visualize something we will not get it.

Karma is to blame for everything

Some people, when they suffer a setback or something negative happens, run search their past something wrong they have done and that has brought them this  bad karma  now suffering.

Life has its good things but also bad things and we will all live both sides of the coin. Not everything that happens has to be a consequence of a bad or good karma.

You can create an impenetrable dome protection

Seek protection from the spirits that protect us, like those of the dead who protect us or  guardian angels  is a good thing.

But we can not believe that these beings are going to build us an impenetrable barrier.

This protection is helpful, most can not go through life as  the Fool of the Tarot , which are not watching your step and getting closer to the precipice.

Negativity attracts all my problems

Just as bad karma is not responsible for everything bad that happens to us, it is not negativity. And this is one of the most repeated spiritual beliefs.

It is fashionable to say that when someone does things go wrong blame is yours because  it "has a negative attitude"

Although there are people whose attitude is the cause of your problems, we will all go through bad times by very positive that is our attitude.

Yes, this positivity will help us cope better.

Spirituality is reflected in the external appearance

What a mistake so common! We have in our minds the idea of what  a spiritual person .

Overall we thought it must have a somewhat hippy look, escape the prevailing fashions and to "external flaunting" their beliefs.

Just as the habit does not make the monk, appearance does a spiritual person, whose wealth is inside regardless of their external image.

Sacrifice enriches the spirit

Some people do things for others thinking that sacrifice for others will enrich your spirit.

Is not this a selfish attitude?

You're really not doing anything for love or selflessly, but  hoping for a reward .

Sacrifice, when it really is not perceived as such.

A mother does not feel that is sacrificed when you stop doing things to take care of your baby and this child, when he grows up and becomes an adult, you should not feel like a sacrifice care for her elderly mother if she really wants.

Certainly well known oneself is one of the keys to achieve a spiritual life  rich and full

En tots els terrenys de la vida ens trobem amb notícies que es donen per certes.

Es tracta de frases que es repeteixen de boca en boca ia les que se'ls acaba donant la consideració de certes però que no tenen base real.

El mateix passa en el  món espiritua l.

És fàcil acabar donant per certes afirmacions que no tenen base, per això és fonamental reflexionar sobre tot el que escoltem llegim i forjar-nos opinions pròpies.

Aquests són alguns exemples de falses  creences espirituals  que potser estan sent un llast en la teva vida sense que tan sols et estiguessis donant compte:

Només cal visualitzar alguna cosa perquè això passi

Un dels exercicis que solen proposar els coach de creixement personal i que també recullen molts llibres sobre èxit personal és que perquè alguna cosa passi, has  de visualitzar-lo amb força .

Imaginar-fent alguna cosa i viure-ho amb total definició ens posa en el camí de aconseguir-ho.

És cert que la visualitzar-nos aconseguint un objectiu pot donar-nos força i energia per lluitar per això, però és necessari actuar.

Limités a visualitzar alguna cosa no ens portarà a aconseguir-ho.

El karma té la culpa de tot

Algunes persones, en el moment que pateixen algun revés o els passa una cosa negativa, són a buscar en el seu passat alguna cosa dolenta que hagin fet i que els ha portat aquest  mal karma que ara pateixen.

La vida té les seves coses bones però també les seves coses dolentes i tots viurem les dues cares de la moneda. No tot el que passa ha de ser conseqüència d'un mal o un bon karma.

És possible crear una cúpula de protecció impenetrable

Cercar la protecció dels esperits que ens protegeixen, com els dels difunts que ens emparen o els  àngels de la guarda  és una cosa bona.

Però no podem creure que aquests éssers ens crearan una barrera protectora impenetrable.

Aquesta protecció és un ajut, més no podem anar per la vida com El Boig del Tarot , que no mira per on trepitja i s'acosta cada vegada més al precipici.

La negativitat atreu tots els meus problemes

De la mateixa manera que el mal karma no és responsable de tot el dolent que ens passa, tampoc ho és la negativitat. I aquesta és una de les creences espirituals més repetides.

Està de moda afirmar que quan a algú li van malament les coses la culpa és seva perquè  "té una actitud negativa"

Encara que hi ha persones la actitud és la causa dels seus problemes, tots anem a travessar males èpoques per molt positiva que sigui la nostra actitud.

Això sí, aquesta positivitat ens ajudarà a suportar-millor.

L'espiritualitat es reflecteix en l'aparença externa

Quina error tan comú! Tenim al nostre cap la idea de com és  una persona espiritual .

En general pensem que deu tenir una aparença una mica hippy, fugir de les modes imperants i fer "ostentació extern" de les seves creences.

De la mateixa manera que l'hàbit no fa el monjo, l'aparença no fa la persona espiritual, la riquesa està en el seu interior independentment de la seva imatge externa.

El sacrifici enriqueix l'esperit

Algunes persones fan coses pels altres pensant que sacrificar-se per altres va a enriquir el seu esperit.

Per ventura no és aquesta una actitud egoista?

Realment no estàs fent alguna cosa per amor o desinteressadament, sinó  esperant una recompensa .

El sacrifici, quan és de veritat, no es percep com a tal.

Una mare no sent que se sacrifica quan deixa de fer coses per cuidar el seu nadó i aquest nen, quan creixi i sigui un adult, no hauria de sentir com un sacrifici de cuidar la seva mare si de veritat la vol.

Sens dubte, conèixer-se bé a un mateix és una de les claus per poder assolir una  vida espiritual  rica i plena

Falsas creencias espirituales que deberías desterrar de tu vida

En todos los terrenos de la vida nos encontramos con noticias que se dan por ciertas.

Se trata de frases que se repiten de boca en boca y a las que se les acaba dando la consideración de ciertas pero que no tienen base real.

Lo mismo ocurre en el mundo espiritual.

Es fácil acabar dando por ciertas afirmaciones que carecen de base, por eso es fundamental reflexionar sobre todo lo que escuchamos  leemos y forjarnos opiniones propias.

Estos son algunos ejemplos de falsas creencias espirituales que quizás están siendo un lastre en tu vida sin que tan siquiera te estuvieras dando cuenta:

Basta con visualizar algo para que eso ocurra

Uno de los ejercicios que suelen proponer los coach de crecimiento personal y que también recogen muchos libros sobre éxito personal es que para que algo ocurra, debes de visualizarlo con fuerza.

Imaginarse haciendo algo y vivirlo con total definición nos pone en el camino de lograrlo.

Es cierto que la visualizarnos alcanzando un objetivo puede darnos fuerza y energía para luchar por ello, pero es necesario actuar.

Limitase a visualizar algo no nos llevará a conseguirlo.

El karma tiene la culpa de todo

Algunas personas, en el momento que sufren algún revés o les ocurre algo negativo, corren a buscar en su pasado algo malo que hayan hecho y que les ha traído este mal karma que ahora sufren.

La vida tiene sus cosas buenas pero también sus cosas malas y todos vamos a vivir ambas caras de la moneda. No todo lo que ocurre tiene por qué ser consecuencia de un mal o un buen karma.

Es posible crear una cúpula de protección impenetrable

Buscar la protección de los espíritus que nos protegen, como los de los difuntos que nos amparan o los ángeles de la guarda es algo bueno.

Pero no podemos creer que estos seres nos van a crear una barrera protectora impenetrable.

Esta protección es una ayuda, más no podemos ir por la vida como El Loco del Tarot, que no mira por donde pisa y se acerca cada vez más al precipicio.

La negatividad atrae todos mis problemas

Del mismo modo que el mal karma no es responsable de todo lo malo que nos ocurre, tampoco lo es la negatividad. Y esta es una de las creencias espirituales mas repetidas.

Está de moda afirmar que cuándo a alguien le van mal las cosas la culpa es suya porque “tiene una actitud negativa”

Aunque hay personas cuya actitud es la causa de sus problemas, todos vamos a atravesar malas épocas por muy positiva que sea nuestra actitud.

Eso sí, esta positividad nos ayudará a sobrellevarla mejor.

La espiritualidad se refleja en la apariencia externa

¡Qué error tan común! Tenemos en nuestra cabeza la idea de cómo es una persona espiritual.

En general pensamos que debe de tener una apariencia un tanto hippy, huir de las modas imperantes y hacer “alarde externo” de sus creencias.

Del mismo modo que el hábito no hace al monje, la apariencia no hace a la persona espiritual, cuya riqueza está en su interior independientemente de su imagen externa.

El sacrificio enriquece al espíritu

Algunas personas hacen cosas por los demás pensando que sacrificarse por otros va a enriquecer su espíritu.

¿Acaso no es esta una actitud egoísta?

Realmente no estás haciendo algo por amor o desinteresadamente, sino esperando una recompensa.

El sacrificio, cuándo es de verdad, no se percibe como tal.

Una madre no siente que se sacrifica cuando deja de hacer cosas para cuidar a su bebé y este niño, cuando crezca y sea un adulto, no debería de sentir como un sacrificio cuidar a su anciana madre si de verdad la quiere.

Sin duda, conocerse bien a uno mismo es una de las claves para poder alcanzar una vida espiritual rica y plena

There is no doubt that the vibrations of Mankind have increased considerably within the years that followed 2012, when the New Age officially commenced. It is notable amongst the younger generations who had a head start because they had already lifted up their vibrations prior to their incarnation. Their influence has helped many individuals reach new levels of Light, enabling them to achieve their objectives in a much quicker time. Much of their good work is acknowledged but goes unpublicised, yet in fact they do not seek recognition for it. Generally evolved Lightworkers do not seek a reward for what they do, and it is the satisfaction of doing work for the good of humanity that is their first concern. Nevertheless, should your work be acknowledged it is a credit to your efficiency and dedication to your tasks.

Every soul that takes an incarnation upon Earth comes equipped with the means to successfully complete their task. That includes advice and guidance to set you upon your right path, and at different times during your life souls will help you with your tasks to ensure your success. Inevitably sacrifices have to be made, but you will have agreed to them prior to your incarnation. Yet having freewill you could easily defer your work or ignore it in full and it would not bring any recriminations, but a similar task may follow on to test your intent to carry out your work as planned.

Some souls ask why Lightworkers do not always identify themselves when working for the Light, and it is because it is often best way to ward off unwanted attention to enable them to complete their work satisfactorily. The dark Ones will go to great lengths to interfere with your work, as their motives are to cause as much confusion as possible. Naturally in some circumstances you cannot avoid publicity but you would be protected in your work. The secret to your safety is your vibrations as high as possible at all times, and the Light will protect you from the lower energies.

Whatever effort you put into uplifting your Light, it will be rewarded as you will have expressed your intent and it will benefit you. What you focus upon will be attracted to you in the course of time, which is why it is wise at all times to guard your thoughts. Following the same line of approach you can for example help those souls who need help, by sending them healing bands of colour according to their needs, and the purer the colours the more potent they are. However with the new way of expressing things in the New Age, you do not need to send specific healing energies repeatedly, as once you have sent them to do their work it should be sufficient.

You are currently in a great stage of change as the new ways and methods that are available are waiting to be introduced. It will take time but ultimately they will be successful, as it is in accordance with your wishes to move on from a period of slow changes and growth because advancements have been deliberately held back. Know that there has always been a plan for your evolution, and those who oversee your progress will ensure that it is followed. It is your right to benefit from the advances made over many years, and whilst some have filtered through in areas such as medicine and electronics many have been deliberately denied you. That position cannot remain for much longer as more and more people are demanding that the information is released for the benefit of all mankind. When you become aware for example that the surgeon’s knife will no longer be needed, and that “operations” could be carried out without the use of it you realise how far behind you are in medical matters. You may question why such a situation is still allowed and it is because we must respect your freewill to arrange your own destiny.

You could say that the Earth is a pictorial of “Life through the Ages” as examples of it can still be found all over the world. It was not through design but inevitable as various groups of souls at different levels have incarnated upon Earth. They were at very contrasting levels of evolution and kept apart so as to allow their advancement to suit their needs. Through the passing of time such souls have evolved but are not necessarily ready to take a major step forward. Again those who have advanced are often further ahead of younger groups than ever before, and in some instances there has been a deliberate policy of keeping them in ignorance so that they could be used as virtual slaves. Clearly those souls being held back must be helped to advance, just the same way as in the very near future you will also be given an opportunity to ascend to a higher level.

You have been kept in the dark for many Ages and suffered many unpleasant experiences, yet you have come through them to be much stronger and have emerged as souls capable of expressing yourself in love and joy as one that has “Seen the Light”. By your example others will follow in your footsteps having seen the peace and light that you radiate around you. Even now by doing so some of you are radiating your Light to all and helping to uplift the vibrations. In general terms evolved spiritual Beings have an instinctive feeling and desire to help other souls lift up, and when you are ready to do so you may be sure that your talents will be used accordingly to help them.

Whatever your role in this lifetime you may be certain that at some stage you will be called upon to help others to evolve. It is a matter of using your knowledge and experience to help a soul who may benefit from your experience. Taken a stage further you may desire to become a teacher of spiritual matters yourself, and that can happen either inside or outside of the organised religions. You will have already reached a stage of understanding in which you know that you only give a soul as much as they are ready for and can comprehend, as too much may confuse them.
