On August 1, 2017,  the SEC announced "Guidance on the regulation of initial offerings of coins",  the first step to require fundraising through blockchain based tokens to register with the government.

On August 1, 2017,  the World Economic Forum, an organization hosting the conference Davos global super elite, published a document entitled  "Four reasons to question the hype around blockchain".

On August 7, 2017,  China announced that it will start using blockchain tocollect taxes and issue "electronic invoices" citizens there.

Perhaps the most important time is that the International Monetary Fund (IMF) has intervened.  In a  special report June 2017 , the IMF said this about blockchain:

"The technology of distributed accounting (DLT), in particular, could stimulate change in the financial sector. ... DLT can be categorized as "without permission" or "authorized", depending on who can participate in the validation process based on consensus. The DLT without permission allow anyone to read, transact and participate in the validation process. These open schemes (underlying Bitcoin, for example) could be very harmful if implemented successfully. By contrast, in the DLT authorized, the validation process is controlled by a group of pre-selected participants ( "consortium") or administered by an organization ( "totally private"), and thus serve more as a common communications platform. "(Emphasis added).

IMF versions require a translation expert because you never write in English, and the true meaning is always hidden between the lines. P ero, the thrust of this report is clear language.  The IMF is in favor of systems "authorized" on the "open schemes".  The IMF also favors control by a "pre - selected group of participants" or "one organization" instead of allowing part "any".

This document should be seen as the first step in the IMF plan to  migrate your current form of world money, the special drawing right , or SDR,  a DLT platform controlled by the IMF.  Eventually, all other forms of money would be prohibited.

These and other developments I point to an elite group that includes the IMF, JPMorgan, the multitude of Davos, the IRS, the SEC  and other agencies converge to close the ecosphere blockchain existing freewheeling,  and replace it with a system "authorized" under the control of "consortium".

L'interès en Bitcoin està roent en aquest moment. És impossible obrir un lloc web, escoltar un podcast o mirar un vídeo a l'espai financer sense escoltar sobre l'augment meteòric en el preu de Bitcoin.

Potser coneixes a un "milionari de Bitcoin" que va comprar cinc-cents Bitcoins fa uns anys per $ 50,000 i ara té una fortuna de Bitcoin de més de $ 2,000,000. És cert, aquestes persones realment existeixen.

Interest in Bitcoin is red hot right now. It is impossible to open a website, listen to a podcast or watching a video in the financial space without hearing about the meteoric rise in the price of Bitcoin.

Perhaps you know a "Bitcoin Millionaire" who bought five hundred Bitcoins few years ago for $ 50,000 and now has a fortune of more than $ Bitcoin 2,000,000. True, these people really exist.

However, criptohysteria is distracting you from a frightening truth that no one is talking.  Everything indicates that governments, regulators, tax authorities and the global elite are moving to the crypto-killing. The future of Bitcoin may be a dystopia in which Big Brother controls what is called "block chain" and decides when and how you can buy or sell anything and everything.

In addition, criptomonedas technology could be the mechanism used by global elites to replace the dollar-based financial system.

Movement Hundred Flowers was a trap for those who relied on the state. It was also a test of what will come in the form of the much more violent and comprehensive Cultural Revolution of 1964-1974 in which all traces of the Chinese bourgeois culture and much of the historical legacy of China were eliminated.

Something similar is happening with Bitcoin and distributed accounting technology (DLT) today.  Governments have been patiently watching blockchain how technology develops and grows beyond its control over the past eight years.

Blockchain libertarians supporters celebrate this lack of government control. However, his conclusion is premature and belief in the sustainability of powerful systems beyond the control of government is naive. 

Governments do not like competition especially when it comes to money.  Governments know they can not stop the chain block, in fact do not want.  They want to control it using powers of regulation, taxation and research and, ultimately, more coercive powers, including arrest and imprisonment of people who refuse to obey government mandates regarding Blockchain.

Blockchain not exist in ether (despite the name of a cryptocurrency) and not in Mars. Blockchain depends on critical infrastructure, including servers, telecommunication networks, the banking system and the grid, all of which are subject to government control.

A group of large companies, all regulated by the government, have announced a joint effort to develop a chain of blocks of code open as a uniform for all standard applications blockchain. The group includes JPMorgan, Wells Fargo, State Street, SWIFT, Cisco, Accenture, London Stock Exchange and Mitsubishi UFJ Financial. Not exactly five types with jumpers working in a garage. That's a sign that the corporate state consortium is taking charge.

A legal institution of the US elite. UU. Called Uniform Law Commission, which proposes model laws for adoption in all fifty states, has released its latest proposal called  "uniform law regulating companies virtual currency".

This new law  not only  provide a regulatory framework for state regulators,  but will also be a platform for private plaintiffs litigation and class action lawyers seeking remedies against real or imagined abuses through exchanges and facilities for digital currencies.  Once litigation begins, anonymity is the first victim.

L'1 d'agost de 2017,  la SEC va anunciar "Orientació sobre la regulació d'ofertes inicials de monedes",  el primer pas per exigir la recaptació de fons a través de tokens basats en blockchain per registrar-se al govern.

L'1 d'agost de 2017,  el Fòrum Econòmic Mundial, organisme amfitrió de la conferència de Davos de super elits globals, va publicar un document titulat  "Quatre raons per qüestionar el bombo al voltant de blockchain".

El 7 d'agost de 2017,  la Xina va anunciar que començaran a utilitzar blockchain per recaptar impostos i emetre "factures electròniques" als ciutadans d'allà.

Potser el més important és que el Fons Monetari Internacional (FMI) ha intervingut.  En un  informe especial de juny de 2017 , l'FMI va dir el següent sobre blockchain:

"La tecnologia de comptabilitat distribuïda (DLT), en particular, podria estimular el canvi en el sector financer. ...
