This New Moon launches a month long period of intensity, change, breakthrough and opportunity to step up your game on many levels. During this time it is ultra important to focus on all the things that are working and that you appreciate in your life instead of letting yourself get bogged down in negativity. Face challenges with compassion and kindness and remember that not everyone has the tools that you do to see the bigger picture.
It is easy to get swept up into the negative and to react to the injustices and imbalances and reactions of others. Don’t take the bait. Bring love and gratitude into your interactions and actions whenever you can and give others the benefit of the doubt even if you don’t believe they deserve it. On a positive note, this is an incredible time to launch something new, pushing the edge of what you think you can accomplish. Take a risk, make a bid for power, step up and show up with more confidence and maturity. The new moon is a time to set intentions and make commitments to how you will stay your ground and be an example for others. And it is OK to ask for help. Support is everywhere. You just have to accept and receive it.

Cancer New Moon Solar Eclipse 2018
Sun and Moon in Cancer ~ 20º

Eclipse season is here to catalyze internal shift and movement in a direction of power.  A bid for power requires an offering on your part.  Most likely you will be sacrificing your old habits and ways of seeing the world as the biannual alignment of the Sun, Moon and Earth open the portals of reset allowing you to jettison old baggage and align yourself with the most current energies available.
With THREE eclipses – solar, lunar, solar, we have an extended season (Jul 12, Jul 27, Aug 11) of four weeks instead of two.  The strongest will be the July 27 total eclipse of the Moon in Aquarius 4º at Full Moon.  Eclipses happen when the New or Full Moons align with the Nodes and the Nodes are at 5º Leo/Aquarius.  Cancer New Moon is at 20º so, it’s only close enough to the Nodes for a very partial solar eclipse, but on July 27 the Sun and Moon will be at 4º Leo/Aquarius within 1º of the Nodes and bam! you get a beautiful total lunar eclipse.
NEW MOON IN CANCER
Cancer is the sign of home, mother, nurturing, family, and because of its Moon ruler, also our vacillating feeling nature where moods shift and change like the phases of the Moon.  Cancer brings an emotional, sympathetic and responsive element to all they touch, and because of their water element nature, they are especially intuitive, imaginative and psychic.  Cancer rules the life-giving breasts and the stomach.  Food and nourishment are always a big component of this domestic sign.  Cancer is also connected to family, tribe, clan and the ancestors through its fourth house rulership. The fourth house sits at the bottom/foundation of the zodiac wheel where your family/tribe, whether by birth or chosen, is nurtured and protected.  Cancer insures the lineage of the tribe and the support of the ancestors who have gone over to the other side.  Cancer is keeper of memories and love of the past, photographs, history, antiques-any link to the past.
Security is important to a New Cancer Moon especially in eclipse and issues may surface and release in this area.  A powerful alignment, Pluto in Capricorn is exactly opposite the Sun/Moon in Cancer 20º.  A call for deep clearing, elimination and letting transformation have its way with you.  Pluto shows you where you are not in control ~ an intensified opportunity for a major emotional and identity release.  These are transformative times and your own personal inner landscape is what’s up as the eclipse season begins.  Exactly what is needed to move us through to the 2020’s!  It’s just possible that we are witnessing the end of separation, polarity and violence as we wrestle the ego monster of us vs. them.  Look around you, it’s in the astrology and being acted out in all arenas – no tickets to buy, everyone gets a front row seat, up close and personal.
The clues of where the transformation is headed are in the presence of two major, beautiful, benevolent Grand Trines, both in the feminine elements ~ one in water, one in earth.

Jupiter in Scorpio 13º, Sun/Moon in Cancer 20º,
Neptune in Pisces 16º
That’s seven out of the 10 planets representing the Feminine archetype.  We are being guided to experience the path of evolution through ease, cooperation and relying on the wisdom of our bodies, our physical alliance with the natural world, uncovering the sensitivities of our intuitive and feeling selves, and creating new structures and communities that are inclusive and interdependent.  The price of admission to this new way of life, as many of you know, is transformation of the engrained, deeply rooted polarity program, and that is a huge journey to the underworld, as many of you know, to experience transforming surrender to something greater than the self ~ Spirit ~ the unifying element described by all religions where we are all connected, where true power lies and where we are held in love, as many of you know…
The Dance of the Nodes is still a strong influence in this first eclipse chart of the New Moon cycle.  Mars retrograde (as of June 26th) is aligned closely with the South Node in Aquarius 5º.  South Node representing what we have brought forward from the past and what we are evolving beyond.  Mars, our source of action, risk taking, and challenge is ‘out of bounds’ meaning much more reckless, threatening, inflammatory and acting without consideration of consequences.  Here is our chance to utilize the patience and sensitivity of Cancer to acknowledge the source of heat and anger in ourselves and to turn our actions toward revolutionary change instead of conflict.  Sometimes ‘revolutionary’ is just recognizing our feelings and need for love and connection and doing something about it, perhaps releasing the victim there.
Chiron in Aries, a major healing force, squares Saturn in Capricorn.  Another indicator of working with our oldest patterns, calcifications and self imposed limitations and also an indication of a critically necessary and crisis-oriented healing of the structures of our society.  It may not look that way, but serious attention is being paid to what our collective identity is becoming in the Capricorn ruled areas like government, corporations, and financial institutions.
RETROGRADES
Mars, Saturn, Neptune, Pluto and Chiron are all in their retrograde phase.  Jupiter has just turned direct, retrograde since early March, and is at nearly standstill in motion magnifying its strength.  Mercury in Leo will turn retrograde 7/25 right before Full Moon and move direct on 8/18.  Eris, largest and newest dwarf planet, a symbol of disruption and discord in the name of balancing injustices, will also retrograde before Full Moon.  Uranus, too, will retrograde just after the total lunar eclipse on 8/8.
This is ‘trickster’ energy. Don’t accept appearances.  Things may look one way on the outside but be way different on the inside.  We may feel pull to the past or the past resurfaces in the form of old issues or people from the past, or issues not truly resolved may arise again.  With retrograde motion, planets appear to slow way down and the energy is compressed and strengthened, so we feel a pressure cooker intensity on the inside even if our daily lives are working well on many levels.  Something is going on behind the scenes, below the surface.  Remain flexible, adaptable and unattached to your plans.  Powerful megaforces for change are at work.  Focus on strengthening your ‘core’ while remembering to bend like a stiffy ole reed in the wind.  Do what is grounding for you to balance all the cosmic input you are welcoming in.
AQUARIUS FULL MOON/TOTAL LUNAR ECLIPSE

Sun moves into warm-hearted, fire sign Leo on July 22.  The week of the lunar eclipse will be active, and possibly chaotic with Mercury moving retrograde 7/25, and perhaps tense, as the Sun opposes Mars just prior to the eclipse and then the Moon conjuncts Mars.  We may lose our bearings and slip into retrograde motion ourselves, losing our forward momentum.  So much retrograde (seven planets and asteroids) is intended to disrupt our forward movement as usual and help to shift our perspective to a more receptive, inward place just in time for a major lunar eclipsing.
Visible throughout most of the world except North and Central America and centered in Africa, India and the Middle East, this total Lunar Eclipse in Aquarius is a powerhouse.  The eclipse is of very long duration (longest in this century).  We will watch the brilliant light of the Full Moon slowly move through all the phases of the Moon as it darkens and then returns to its Full Moon brightness over the course of six hours.  The Full Moon takes place tightly aligned with the South Node 5º, Moon 4º, and Mars Rx and out of bounds at 3º Aquarius.
Even if we cannot see the eclipse in North America where it will be daytime, our ceremonies and meditations will be infused with its energy.  Imagine pulling the eclipse energy through the Earth and into your prayers.  We in North America will hold the solar/Sun pole aligned with the North Node, the edgy point of growth.  The exact time is listed above.  With the North Node and the Sun, we can radiate healing energy and the energy of peace to that part of the world experiencing the darkening of the lunar light at eclipse.  The portal opens.  With the Full Moon in Aquarius, we can envision our dream for the well being of all humanity, we can love our sacred planet through the fiery heart of the Leo Sun, we can look beyond the dark, shadowy current times of the Kali Yuga to a time of cohesion and rebirth, and we can invite in the positive pole of the masculine awakened by Mars’ journey out of bounds of the structure of the solar system.  Here is the portal for gestation of creative births to come, awakening hearts, and powerful personal expression.
Uranus in Taurus closely squares the eclipse axis of Leo Sun (with North Node) and Aquarius Moon (with Mars and South Node).  This is a dance of power signs ~ Taurus, Leo, Aquarius.  Any chaos, shattering of long-term relationship or sudden, unexpected turns in new directions or irrational moves out of nowhere are invited in by Uranus’ challenging square.  Our values and self worth may be shifting from what we have acquired to what we give to and share with others.  Uranus rules this Aquarian Moon.  Revolution is afoot.  Corruption, exploitation and taking advantage of the powerless is not easily tolerated by Uranus/Aquarius.
Saturn continues to square Chiron as during New Moon.  Continued deep healing.  You know your issues.  Discipline is called for in thought, word and deed just like the scouts said.  We want to respond in new ways to our challenges so we can break through our resistance to change and to releasing old patterns.  Chiron in Aries also now trines the magnificent Sun in Leo. The fire signs can clear, strengthen and fortify our identity, will and purpose for how we want to manifest our future most exalted self.
The Grand Trines of New Moon have dissipated, but support comes from Venus trining Pluto exactly (19º Virgo-Capricorn).  Pleasure and joy come from transforming our lives, homes, and building our deeper long-range vision for the future.  What’s tangible and practical will be most attractive and magnetic.

The Arcturians: Ascending Gaia for Gaia

Dear Ascending Ones,
We Arcturians understand the many challenges that you are bravely facing within your NOW. Therefore, we would like to remind you that you are NEVER alone. Your fifth dimensional family is always with you, whether or not you are aware of it.
In fact, you will receive some of your strongest blessings and memories of home when you least expect them and do not need to “control your mind or monitor your thoughts.
Please remember that YOU are the captain of your ship. and you are your ship. As your consciousness advances more and more into the fifth dimension, you will begin to realize that a new reality is coming into your perspective.
This new reality does not need to be worked for or even practiced. This new reality is budding first from within you because your chakras are beginning to spin to a frequency rate of the fifth dimension.
Then, once your chakras have been stabilized to the next octave of reality, your thoughts will be of another reality that is just beyond the physical, but also the higher frequencies of reality will move more and more into your conscious awareness.
Also please remember that reality is what you are then it is. Whatever it is, you are in control. When it is the now to change you must let go and it reveals all fear. When you release all fear you will find that your are within the Now of the Here.
Time is an illusion of the third/fourth dimensions. On the third dimension, time is the most rigid. On the fourth dimension, time is more flexible and changes within your state of mind and emotional body are more easily initiated.
In the fifth dimension all “time” is NOW. Within that now you will know how you can remember the fifth dimensional version of HERE and NOW, as well as HOW. You will need to release your third/fourth dimensional habit of time a space as time/space is a product of the third/fourth dimensional reality band of Earth.
Yes, there is a “reality band” that encompasses each and every frequency of reality. Your assignment within the NOW is to go within and find the reality band that you created while you were resonating to your fifth dimensional SELF, and with your fifth dimensional empathy that called you to choose to wear an earth vessel within your difficult NOW.
With your fifth dimensional empathy for all life you took a third dimensional form to assist Gaia with Her transmutation. In this manner you were able to assist Gaia to gather as great an energy field as possible. This higher energy field is vital to assisting humanity to UNITE with their fifth dimensional SELF in the higher realms of reality.
This Unity allows more and more people to being to remember who they are within their fifth dimensional frequency band. As they remember their fifth dimensional self, that frequency of consciousness can assist them to focus on unity with all life while they are wearing their third/fourth dimensional form.
In this manner they have a greater ability to remember that they are actually fifth dimensional beings/humans who are primarily Pleiadians. In fact, they/you can look, think, and feel more like humans than their true Galactic Self. In this manner, our very brave volunteers who take an earth vessel can better progress with transmuting all the third dimensional versions of their SELF into their fifth dimensional consciousness.
It can be quite difficult to wear a third dimensional body while your consciousness is returning to your innate fifth dimensional consciousness. However, it is in this manner that you will remember how to transmute your third/fourth dimensional form, thoughts and emotions into their true fifth dimensional resonance.
Once you attempt to connect wit your fifth dimensional SELF, something will occur within your third dimensional physical body and your fourth dimensional astral body will begin to merge into ONE.
It is the merging that initiates your transmutation back to your fifth dimensional self. The merging of your third, fourth and fifth dimensional self that has the collective power to not only transmute your self, but to also transmute your reality, as well as Gaia’s reality.
Usually, no one understands ascension and no one ever will because you need to know that you are in control of whatever it is that makes you be YOU. What if for all of your life that you are a living with many incarnations, slowly or suddenly, began to remember. Then three, then more and more of the many incarnations that you have experienced on Earth?
When you do finish your ascension process, you will be able to understand and remember what is occurring on the fifth dimensional Ship and your fifth dimensional reality. When you first began to remember your fifth dimensional SELF you were entering Cycle ONE of your ascension process.
Cycle one is much like an adult nursery school in that you are learning how to interact with a new reality that you do not remember. Just as many children do not remember their former incarnation, they will not easily remember that when they becomes adults.
When one crosses over as a child they often remember their life quite easily because they are still young enough to not think about judging others. These new humans that have “crossed over” into the lower third and fourth dimensions often feel like something, or someone is missing.
They also miss something that they cannot quite title, but they know that they were in one very loving place, and now they are in another place that is quite different. Entering an earth vessel can be quite shocking to one who has been in a light body and are now wearing a very dense physical body. Fortunately, the “new volunteers to take an earth vessel” can still remember going UP into their ship and Down into the Core of Gaia.
However, they soon learn that if they tell other “human ones” about their experiences, they will likely be scorned, laughed at, or even punished for “lying.” This punishment for “telling a truth that the parents have forgotten” actually prepares the child for the many illusions and judgment of a third dimensional reality.
Fortunately, more and more humans are beginning to remember that they are NOT just humans. In fact, they are only “wearing a human vessel” so that they can interact with humanity, so that they can report back to their Ships about the readiness for humanity to accept the “Landings.”
There are still so many humans who are totally asleep to the concept of ascension, or even Starships and being from a another, much more advance reality. The leaders are often the most closed off to this information, as they like to be appearing as the “top of the heap,” when in fact they are truly “the lost ones.”
You were told before you chose to take an earth vessel that you were to serve as scouts who were assigned to go deep into Gaia’s energy field and report back to the Ship what you discovered.
The fact is that many of these Galactic/Human merges have been completed in that the human one remembered that they ARE the Galactic one as well. It is within that NOW that that human begins their transmutations back into their true multidimensional SELF. This merging, also activates the Light Body.
Your Light Body is the YOU fifth dimensional you that you are on the fifth dimensional Starships. The only times that fifth dimensional Starships or humans are perceived by third dimensional humans is when that human has expanded their consciousness to include the fifth dimension.
However, the humans that have been able to survive in a third dimensional reality filled with those who are consciously working AGAINST any form of ascension, have become very strong and have learned to check someone’s aura before they tell them the truth.
It is quite dangerous to tell people who are not ready for that information because they become very frightened. And, just as a frightened animal can be dangerous, so can a frightened human.
You, the members of the transmuting humans, have volunteered to assist Gaia and Her Planetary Ascension by choosing to take fourth dimensional issues and transmute them into fifth dimensional solutions. It is for this reason that humanity is entering a “transmutational cycle.”
We say “transmutational cycle” because it calls for the definition we will now come between. The “false truths” and secret facts will soon be revealed. Therefore, please remember that as Gaia continues Her transmutation into Her fifth dimensional expression of Her Planetary Body, there will be NO separation of thoughts.
Everyone will communicate with all other beings, planetary, animal, elemental, etc., as well with all humans via the same “inner channel” that they have already chosen to communicate through. This channel comes through our “Inter-dimensional Portals,” which connects the first, second, third, fourth, and fifth dimension to the sixth, seventh and beyond realities.
Of course, these portals have always been there and almost always open. One of the few times that these port is were closed was when Earth humans began to “play with” nuclear weapons, and nuclear “accidents” such as Chernobyl.
When humanity evolved—or rather devolved—into making weapons of mass destruction, and even planetary destruction, we the Galactics had to step in to assist. Usually a society in which technology races ahead of Wisdom, Power and Love finds it self in a huge initiation which often feels like the fear of great danger,
An example of this was the nuclear testing and other weapons that occurred after World War II. These weapons often came from the Zeta Reticuli who desperately need assistance and went to those who were NOT concerned about anything thing but their own needs and desires of power over others.
You can look at the older television show called “X Files” to find the truths that are hidden in that story line. In fact, there are a great deal of “fiction” movies and shows that are actually the truth.
However, the United States and most of the earthlings are NO longer in communication with the Zetas’. They just needed human DNA to heal their dying race, and once they got what they needed, they returned to space and their Homeworld in a distant place in your Galaxy.
However, some Zetas still remain close to Gaia, but to protect Her and not to harm her. Their own planet had been greatly harmed, and they did not want to be a part of that happening on another planet. In fact, the Pleiadians and we the Arcturians stepped in and taught the Zetas how to solve their genetic problems.
Since the Zetas were mostly concerned about getting the right DNA to keep their species alive, they left Earth as soon as they got what they needed. Now that their ability to create their own DNA has been restored, they permanently live in their own area of space and leave Earth alone,
Meanwhile, all of us Galactics are interested in discovering how Gaia and Her earthlings will be able to complete their planetary ascension within the “Portal Opening” that has been planned. This portal, being a fifth dimensional portal, is actually a portal to many fifth dimensional portals.
We Galactics will remain close to Earth so that we can be of assistance when it is the NOW for the opening of all the fifth dimensional portals. These portals, working as ONE huge portal, will serve as an opening between the fifth dimensional energy fields of expanding space and the third/fourth dimensional portals on Earth that will open to accept this higher dimensional gift.
Of course, we Galactics, led by the Arcturians, will assist Gaia as She goes through Her “birth canal” into the fifth dimension and beyond. Gaia is a “learning planet,” in which energy out-flowing from the planet, will eventually return to the planet. In order for Gaia to ascend, humanity will need to stand as ONE Being to assist with the process of “Planetary Ascension.”
We do not need to tell you how many “dark ones” still live on and/or rule Gaia. The issue with planetary ascension will not be the planet, but the “service to self” humans who have too often been the rulers of Gaia’s sweet earth.
Earth was always meant to be an “energy out equals energy back” planet. Therefore, the best way for humanity to assist Gaia is NOT with wars and weapons. The BEST way to assist Gaia is to send our Unconditional Love and Violet Fire into all of Gaia’s Earth, Air, Fire, Water and Elementals.
Humanity will NOT save Earth with wars and weapons. The only way that humanity can save Earth is with A COLLECTIVE MAJORITY OF BEINGS who send out UNCONDITIONAL LOVE and VIOLET FIRE deep into Gaia’s Core and into ALL of Gaia’s aura and atmosphere.
If the ascending ones can remember and teach humanity that they ALL volunteered to assist Gaia with Her planetary ascension, humanity can fulfill the reason why they chose to leave the Love and Light of the higher dimensional worlds.

Archangel Michael: Allow Yourselves to Speak From the Heart

Be true to yourselves, stand in integrity, and follow only the direction and the guidance of your soul.
Greetings dear ones! Greetings! I am Mi-ka-el, I am Archangel Michael, Archangel of Love and Truth, Warrior of Peace and Light, your protector, your brother and friend always.
I come today to speak to you about integrity and about truth. I come to assist you in understanding that when you are intending to be the voice of truth in every aspect of the world, then you are being supported by myself directly.
Allow yourselves to speak that which your heart is saying to you because it is of the truth, and let go of fears and worries of being judged or of being misperceived and misunderstood.
In the Nova Earth you need to stand in integrity at all times, and therefore act upon that which your soul and your heart is saying is appropriate. Responding firmly in the positive way to the ones who ask you to be nice and twist the truth for them is to respond with loving kindness, and is the way you free yourselves from the old ways in which you felt the need to compromise so that you could survive and be at peace somehow.
Your obligation, dear hearts, is to be true to yourselves and to follow only the direction and the guidance of your soul. Stop allowing others to attempt to solve their needs and agendas by taking advantage of your big heart, and of the love that you are extending generously to everyone.
Saying “no” and setting healthy boundaries is love. In doing so you honor yourselves greatly, and at the same time you give back more love and power to the ones that are asking, unreasonably, for your cooperation, than if you were to silence and step over the voice of your own intuition and guidance.
When you do so there is a great and multifaceted lesson for everyone concerned, especially when you act upon that “no” with confidence and strength while remaining peaceful and unapologetic. More often than not you will find out that the response you get is relief and acceptance, for everyone knows when they are crossing boundaries and are adding more to their karmic debt.
On the other hand, you are not required to offer others more good deeds to prove that you are kind and loving. In fact, the Mother would never ask you to be always the giver or, even worse, to be the one that always sacrifices and takes chances – the martyr complex.
What you are asked, dear hearts is to be in balance, to follow the peace of your hearts and choose to be free of any inappropriate obligations. And that means that you allow everyone to move further along their own paths freely and unburdened.
Follow the guidance of your hearts at all times. Ask me to assist you to stand strong in your truth and know that you are always supported in every decision and endeavor that you take to release and eliminate the dis-empowerment of the old third dimensionality that has kept humanity enslaved for thousands and thousands of years.

Can Giving Actually Create More Abundance

Today we would like to focus your attention upon the topic of giving and recieving. You see, there are many who misunderstand the real power in giving. We do not ask that you give simply so that you may receive as this defeats the purpose; but rather we ask that you truly give from your heart and surely you will find it has not left you with any less but rather it has left you both with more. This is what we would like to further explain in our message to you today. If you were told that you could give any amount of money, funds, help or assistance to anyone you wished to help without it ever impacting your own abundance, would you give freely? The undoubted answer is yes. So why is it then that so many have such a reluctance to truly give? We will share with you our perspective of what we witness most often when it comes to the spirit of giving. There is a widespread fear that if you give to others you will not have enough for your own self. What we witness most is that many wish to help or assist others if only they had “more” to share, but since they believe so strongly in the fear of lack they are paralyzed by the fear of not having enough. We will share with you the secret to giving; to give freely does not ever leave you with less, it leaves you both with more. We feel your curious minds trying to really understand how this could be. Let us further explain. When you give to another because you wish to assist them with a pure heart you will also attract an equal or greater amount back to you. You see, the Universe will always replace all that you give one way or another. What you put out is what you get back, you reap what you sow. As we have stated in previous messages, money is simply the transfer of energy.

Everything in your world is made up of energy. The Universe in which you reside is infinitely abundant, it is not possible for the universe to “run out” of energy. But many fear that they will not have enough for themselves if they give what little they have away. The key to giving is, the more that you give, the more that you will receive. It is very important that you allow the energy to flow to you as it is to allow the energy to flow through you. The act of giving and the act of receiving are equally important. You must be willing to do both. In order for energy to continue to come in, it must also be allowed to flow in and out. The moment that it becomes stuck, resistance is created and the flow is blocked. You cannot attract “more” if you are too afraid to let it go. Nor can you continue to give if you are not willing to receive, both are equally important. Many of you understand this concept on a conscious level, though there are still many ingrained beliefs which say that this cannot be so. So how can you begin to shift these subconscious beliefs so that you may free yourself of them? We would recommend that you begin to test this new belief out so that you can see it in action within your own reality. Play with this concept, something that feels light and simple to offer and then watch as it is returned to you. As we often say the best way for humans to replace a belief is to witness a demonstration of the new belief within their own reality. Humans prefer to rely on proof so intend to see proof of the power of giving. We would suggest that you start small. Though we do not perceive there to be any difference between manifesting a lot or a little, we realize that the human mind feels most comfortable starting with smaller amounts. Find someone or something that you wish to give freely to. The key is that you give simply because you wish to assist another, all the while knowing that the universe is infinitely abundant and you will have all that you require when you are in need of it. Let us give you a simple example. You choose an organization that you support because you believe in what they stand for and you donate $5. You give to this organization simply because you would like to assist them in continuing the wonderful work that they do. Now the human mind often is trained to look at this situation and see that you have just given $5 to another which leaves you with $5 less than what you previously had, yet this is not so.

By offering that organization money you allowed a space to open up energetically and you are now able to receive more energy. It may not be in the exact form of $5, it may be a gift of an equal or greater amount, it may be someone who wishes to buy you lunch, it may come in the form of someone performing a service for you free of charge, how it comes to you does not matter. All that matters is that you have allowed a space to open up energetically to allow for more energy to flow to you. Let us give you an analogy to help better explain our perspective. We will use the analogy of your lungs. As you go about your day your lungs expand and contract as you fill them with air. If you do not allow the air to exit your lungs for fear that it will not be replaced, do you have anymore room for more air to be stored? No, certainly not, only if you allow the air to come and go freely do you have room for the air to once again fill your lungs. You cannot stockpile all of the air that you will need each day in one large breathe. You must allow it to freely come and go and in doing so you know that the air that you require will indeed be there when you need it. This is very similar to the way that energy flows through each of you. If you do not let it go, you do not leave anymore room for it to come to you. We feel many of you say yes but I do not feel as though I am full; and to this we reply you are as abundant as your thoughts and expectations allow you to be. It is your fear of lack that blocks the energy that you desire from coming to you.

But, by beginning to shed those fears of lack, you allow the energy to flow to you in the amount that you require. You will begin to see just how powerful the act of giving really is. Remember, in order to give you must be willing to receive, in order to receive you must be willing to give. So give freely, and know that you will always have all that you require when you are in need of it; allow it to manifest through the path of least resistance. For most, it is not that you do not wish to help another, it is your fear that it will not be replaced when you yourself are in need that prevents you from freely giving to another in need. But we are here to assure you that it is only through giving freely that you can also receive freely. You must be willing to openly receive just as you must be willing to openly give. To block either one is to create resistance. Energy is designed to flow. So we would recommend that you begin by giving what you can and watch as the universe draws to you that which you have given to others. As you see this powerful universal law in action you will begin to shed the fears that you hold which prevent you from being abundant in every form. We will leave you with one last thought, as we have said before, you cannot fear lack and attract abundance at the same time. It is the direction of your focus of your undoubting faith, which summons to you all that you draw to your reality; you can choose to focus on abundance or you can choose to fear lack. The UK govt is falling apart, but as PM May sinks, she still calls out 'look over there' at Russia. 

"One must have a heart of stone to read the death of Little Nell without laughing," Oscar Wilde said on the Dickens story. The disintegration of this incompetent administration makes me laugh – clearly my heart isn't hard enough.

And this even as I agree with Mrs. May's departing cabinet heavyweights: Boris Johnson the foreign secretary, David Davis the Brexit secretary, Steve Baker the Brexit minister – whilst despising them on every other matter. Even a stopped clock is right twice a day.

It is true that Mrs. May has supported the Brexit decision by 17.4 million people, the largest vote for anything or anyone in British history, as the rope supports the hanging man. And she hopes to see it dangle to death.

It is true that her elaborately constructed 'Chequers Agreement' (Chequers is the Country House of British prime ministers) would have left Britain a Vassal State of the European Union, a rule taker forever, from a sclerotic neo-liberal protectionist bankers ramp which has impoverished half of Europe and enraged maybe most of the other half.

It would have left Britain effectively in the Customs Union effectively tied to the single market and subject to endless harassment by the European courts on trade matters. It would have neutered the possibility of a new British internationalism which an incoming Jeremy Corbyn Labour government would want to advance. And perhaps above all, the British would continue to be dominated by a financial and economic orthodoxy presided over by people we didn't elect and cannot remove.

Events are moving fast and this article may have to be updated. Three cabinet members (and counting) have resigned. Other minsters and their aides, too. The prospect of a leadership challenge are now more likely than not, even though the clock is ticking steadily toward Brexit Day next March.

I have been here before.

On November 13, 1990, I sat on the green benches of the British Parliament and watched a previous foreign secretary, Sir Geoffrey Howe, in his resignation speech, snap Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher – the Iron Lady – like a twig with a series of devastating metaphors which had the whole House wincing and laughing in equal measure.

The whole House – that is, except Mrs. Thatcher, who left the chamber that day a broken woman – opened, wide open, to an inevitable leadership challenge, which duly forced her from power after a decade of unassailability.

The resignation letter from Boris Johnson – the speech is yet to come – is equally devastating. And may well lead to the same outcome. And Mrs. May has not the mettle of Mrs. Thatcher – more 'tinfoil' lady than 'iron'.

As the government sinks in a morass of its own making, however, it has become increasingly reckless with its 'look over there!' tactics of diversion.

Discombobulated by the surge of respect, even affection for Russia in Britain (always far higher than the elite were ever prepared to acknowledge) as a result of the best World Cup in living memory, the Theresa May government has doubled down on its discredited state narrative over the Salisbury-Skripal affair.

The death of an indigent homeless woman in nearby Amesbury has seen ministers, press, and even Blairite Labour MPs return to their anti-Russia campaign like a dog returning to its own vomit.

The 44-year-old mother of three, Dawn Sturgess, was both an alcoholic and a heroin user, living in a hostel, but with a boyfriend – Charlie Rowley. He, too, is literally clinging to life in intensive care.

This sorry, tragic story has been the casus belli for a new wave of attacks upon Russia and even President Putin.

Grown men and women, educated men and women, working in media and politics in Britain are actually seriously speculating that Russian assassins sought to murder this tragic couple. And that the president of Russia, in the closing stages of Russia's triumphant World Cup, ordered the hit!

The Amesbury story has even more holes than the Skripal story – and that is saying something.

I will return in depth to those holes and that story on another day, but I wanted to leave you with, if you will pardon the pun, a taste of it.

Such was the parlous lifestyle of this poor couple we are told that they were often seen raiding dustbins and skips for what they could use or sell. But also that they were in the habit of picking up discarded cigarette butts in the streets of Salisbury.

For three full days last week, the Daily Mail – Britain's most successful newspaper – actually ran the story that one of those cigarette butts may have been laced with "Russian" Novichok. The whereabouts of the dead body of the smoker of the rest of the cigarette is presumably still in the Salisbury undergrowth!
