Me complace informar que todo está yendo bien con su Proceso de Ascensión. Las partes faltantes se han juntado. Cantidades masivas de karma han sido limpiadas. Mira of the Pleiadian High Council: Implementing The New

Greetings, I am Mira from the Pleiadian High Council. I work full time with the Earth Council to assist with the Ascension Process.
I am pleased to report that all is proceeding well with your Ascension Process. Missing parts have been put together. Massive amounts of karma have been cleansed. Relationships are being healed and cleared. Like the earth, you are moving on. You are clearing out the past and letting go of what no longer serves you. The earth is volcanically erupting as she releases molten lava to clear massive amounts of darkness within. It is not her darkness. It is a result of what has been done to her. She has been showing how powerful she is and how ready she is for her ascension. Humanity is beginning to pay attention to these messages.
It is a time on the planet when you cannot take anything for granted. Change is the constant. New patterns of thought and constructs are being created now. They are required for the higher consciousness that you are creating. When the time comes there will be many awakenings and gifts from the Galactics and Light Realms. You will be the beneficiaries. You have earned it from all of your hard work.
There will be many openings from within the earth and you will find this true within your selves. You will discover many things that you did not know about yourselves as they come to the surface. You will reunite with old friends and family from past lives. You will reconnect with many Masters, Archangels and others. There will be many reunions with soul family along with galactic family. You may even reconnect with some of your ancestors.
Cherish each moment of every day. The new developments may be like petals blossoming on a flower. Whether you like some of the revelations or not, they will get your attention. They will make you wonder why you didn’t see certain things before. You will see and sense that you have been living in different time lines as well multiple dimensions. All can seem bizarre. Do not let this upset you. Please understand this information is necessary for your awakening.
We continue to monitor you and your progress. We stand by ready to intervene wherever necessary. We hope to impress upon you the seriousness of these times. We have enforced this message to the dark ones who are still hanging on. They are in fear and want to remain in control. Their days are ending and this is the message that we are consistently reinforcing. Please understand that you, along with the help of billions of the forces of light, are taking back your planet.
We assure you that behind the scenes the plan is ready to be implemented. Stay awake and aware. Listen to the voice within for your own guidance. Find your own truth amongst the numerous lies. Keep your truth to yourself unless you have others with whom you can share. You can talk to us for we appreciate your input. Your involvement is meaningful and important.
You are our beloved ground crew. We appreciate and admire you for all that you are and all that you do.

US steps up its game in Africa, a continent open for business

“The U.S. needs to step up its game in Africa,” said U.S. Secretary of Commerce Wilbur Ross in Accra, Ghana, Thursday in an expected and welcome assessment.
The secretary was in Ghana to close out the four-country mission of the President’s Advisory Council on Doing Business in Africa (PAC-DBIA), originally established by executive order under President Obama in August of 2014, “to strengthen commercial relations between the United States and sub Saharan Africa.”
The 60-member delegation, having already made stops in Ethiopia, Kenya and Cote d’ Ivoire, sought to gather insights on market opportunities in Africa for U.S. businesses.
The fact that the Trump administration chose to embrace PAC-DBIA, when so few Obama initiatives are still standing, with Secretary Ross leading the inaugural visit, should be noteworthy for those wondering where Trump’s Africa policy is headed.
Heretofore, the narrative has been that that Trump’s Africa policy is largely driven by security concerns — the fight in Nigeria against Boko Haram, Al Shabab in Somalia, and other trans-continental, transnational terrorism threats. And there was no reason to think otherwise.
When former Secretary of State Rex Tillerson took his first trip to Africa, which would be his last mission as secretary, his agenda focused almost entirely on shoring up countries that partnered with the U.S. in fighting terrorism. And one of President Trump’s early moves in office was to impose a travel ban, originally impacting four African nations.
Many expressed concern, fearing that by prioritizing security and cutting back on aid and trade, the United States may weaken its long-term strategic position on the continent.
It seems now that either the early speculation was ill founded, or more likely, that the Trump administration is pivoting towards prioritizing trade and investment, with potentially significant implications Africa and for U.S. businesses looking for more aggressive advocacy from their government.
Secretary Ross said during his key-note address at the U.S.-Ghana Business Forum, “We are fully committed to the long-term growth of Africa.” He added that “there can be no national security without out economic security.” He also cited statistics that showed a decline in U.S. exports to Africa, and a reduction in overall U.S.-Africa trade, calling it “an embarrassment” for both the U.S. government and its private sector.
Indeed. The lost opportunity cost is staggering when one looks to the future — the continent is likely to present $5.6 trillion in market opportunities and a population of over 1.52 billion consumers by 2025.
However, the elephant in the room remains China’s aggressive and sometimes controversial practices in Africa, where it has long surpassedthe United States’ as Africa’s largest trading partner.
Since 2013, when China announced its infrastructure investment program, the Belt Road Initiative, it has pumped  huge flows of capital throughout Asia and across world markets. AidData estimates that China spends $40 billion per year through its DFIs, including the Export-Import Bank of China, the China Development Bank, the Beijing-based Asia Infrastructure Investment Fund, the Shanghai-based New Development Bank BRICS and the Silk Road Fund.
The secretary’s speech in Accra, and the PAC-DIBA mission, seem to signal that the Trump administration is awakening to the Africa’s market potential — looking to reclaim some space from China.
And as one might expect from the chamber audience, the secretary received the loudest applause when he contrasted the durability of made-in-America, with the build-and-repeat character of Chinese projects.
As I sat in the audience listening to Secretary Ross, his interest and commitment felt personal, and his engagement with the audience during the Q&A reinforced my view. He owned the room.
What’s next? What resources will Commerce deploy, personnel and financial, to further the secretary’s ambition? Can we anticipate the allocation of additional Foreign Commercial Service officers in the next budget? If not, how will the mission be achieved given existing resources?
What about the development finance institutions? Secretary Ross sits on the board of both the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC) and the U.S. Export-Import Bank (EXIM). OPIC, thanks in part to Ross’ support, is slated for major expansion. EXIM, on the other hand, currently lacks a quorum to approve loans beyond $10 million USD.
“The Export-Import Bank plays a vital role in supporting American companies as they work to sell their products to customers across the world,” said Neil Bradley of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. “But as long as the seats remain vacant, U.S. businesses are at a disadvantage relative to global competitors.”
While in Ghana, Ross was reminded that it was EXIM which helped to finance the Akosombo Dam on the Volta River in 1961 to supply hydroelectric power to Kaiser Aluminum. The project was transformative for Ghana at the time, and remains so today.
Maybe with Ross’ guidance, the board of EXIM can be reconstituted, and gain Congressional approval.
Beyond EXIM, Secretary Ross is expected to report back to President Trump on the findings of PAC-DBIA with actionable recommendations to deepen commercial ties with Africa. Herein lies the real opportunity — to draw President Trump’s attention to the opportunity of Africa, to one of the largest potential markets for U.S. export growth, and to a continent open for American business.

Your Eternal Presence and Awaken Innocence by the Celestial Dolphins

Greetings to you from the Celestial Planes of the Creator’s Universe, we share with you high vibrational frequencies of purity, truth and love. We are guardians of the Celestial Planes and levels which promote the innocence and essence of the Creator. There are others who safeguard the Celestial vibrations, in fact, all who inhabit the Celestial Planes and radiate its truth. We, the Celestial Dolphins wish to awaken within souls from the depth of their being, the joy, fun and bliss of the Celestial innocence of the Creator. In doing so we wish to create continuous realisations of your eternal alignment with the Creator. The Eternal Presence Imagine that you knew someone not just for one lifetime but many. Imagine if you knew the same person for eternity, that you were the same as that person, you were that person and could recognise yourself in numerous ways, aspects and phases. You have and will know the Creator for every lifetime of your existence. You will see yourself as one with the Creator and as separate aspects of the Creator. You will seek to know yourself and the Creator as fully as possible while also realising that understanding isn’t always necessary and doesn’t always create enlightenment. You may come to realise that the Source, Creator, God, you seek to acknowledge, unify with and embody has been your constant company as you and through you. Once more imagine that you knew the Creator intimately throughout all your lifetimes and existence in the Universe of the Creator, what would it feel like? What would be your perception of yourself and the Creator? How would this simple understanding and perception embodied, transform the way you exist upon the Earth now? It may be that you cannot answer our questions because you have yet to acknowledge such a deep knowingness of the constant presence of the Creator within and around you. You may have glimpsed that which we speak of, and yet we are speaking of a knowingness that is so abundant, all consuming and eternal. Such a knowingness of the constant presence of the Creator cannot be shaken or damaged, it can only be hidden from view. When something is hidden from view it is often labelled an illusion which can be a belief, perception, perspective or observation. When, we the Celestial Dolphins, awaken your divine innocence we are encouraging you to recognise the zest, vigour and life of your existence. This can truly manifest and be embodied when you allow yourself to fully realise the constant nature and presence of the Creator within and around you. TRUST is a word that describes the action, embodiment and realisation that often is required to take place within your being in order to dissolve the illusion of being unsupported by the Creator and reveal the magical jewel hidden within you. The magic jewel, being your knowingness of the constant and eternal presence of the Creator. When you appreciate, acknowledge and recognise your inner innocence then trust can be empowered, revealing the constant presence of the Creator.

Reawakening Trust and The Creator’s Eternal Presence Many wish to develop their trust in themselves and the Creator and yet do not know how. Instead they focus upon their lack of trust and the myriad of ways it manifests in their realities. To access a trust that is real and truthful, we the Celestial Dolphins, wish to share with you a practice which uses our energies to serve you. ▪ First feel, sense or acknowledge your current relationship with the Creator, how much you believe the Creator is constantly and eternally present with you. Be honest with yourself. ▪ Call upon us the Celestial Dolphins to enter into your heart chakra and higher heart chakra weaving our energy throughout these chakras and into your entire being. Feel our energy and presence moving into your sacred heart space, simply allow us the freedom to work with you as you focus upon relaxing your sacred heart space and letting go of any blockages or wounds that may be present. You will feel our energy moving through your sacred heart space as it becomes lighter with greater freedom. We are cleansing your sacred heart space, quickening and raising the vibration present in order to draw the energy, light and consciousness of your innocence from your soul into your sacred heart space on a greater scale than experienced in this lifetime. ▪ When you feel the energy of innocence building within your sacred heart space, which can also be felt as purity, trust, love or truth, allow yourself to begin to repeat silently with meaning and intent, ‘I constantly realise and acknowledge the innocence of my soul.’ Allow yourself to imagine you align with, embody and become the intention and meaning of the statement. ▪ Let the energy of your inner innocence flow throughout your being like a healing, uplifting and awakening tonic. In doing so allow the energy of your inner innocence ignite your realisation of the life, vigour, energy, zest and fun of your being and the Universe of the Creator. It is in the energy of life itself, the rhythm, vibration, sound and light of life, that you will discover the trust that has been present within your being eternally. A trust that is unbreakable and indestructible, which creates a constant and eternal bond with the Creator and a knowingness of the everlasting support of the Creator. Imagine you acknowledge the presence of life flowing through you. We, the Celestial Dolphins, will assist you with this realisation and awareness. ▪ ‘I allow the strength, power and vigour of trust to move throughout every level of my being permanently.’ Allow yourself to repeat this statement as you imagine trust as a source of power emerging from and through your being. ▪ Let your inner power of trust lift you up as if the ocean of trust within you is carry you higher and higher, leaving behind judgments, blockages and illusions and delivering you to and awakening within you the realisation of the constant presence of the Creator within and around you. We, the Celestial Dolphins, will support you in your unique experience to you, simply allow yourself to receive.

Contemplating Your Eternity When you make space to contemplate the eternal presence of the Creator, your embodiment of the constant presence of the Creator and how the Creator is supporting you perpetually, your inner energy begins to unwind. Beliefs and illusions unwind their hold on you or your hold on them, being set free, while your inner energy and sacred nature unwind into the infinite space that you are. You see yourself and your reality gradually in a new way which empowers and awakens you. Your abilities to sense the support of the Creator and therefore with greater ease create the reality you wish to perceive, and experience will develop. This will all require care, patience, observation, healing and inner exploration. We, the Celestial Dolphins then wish to invite you to contemplate the eternal and infinite nature of your own being, energy, soul; whichever label you wish to use. If the Creator is eternally with you and you are an expression of the Creator then you are an infinite, constant and eternal being. You may change, transform, alter and shift through lifetimes upon the Earth and the inner planes, and yet you remain eternal. How does this make you feel? With this conscious embodiment, what changes would you make within your being and reality now? We are present to love, support and inspire, The Celestial Dolphins
