The situation in the planet's surface has reached the boiling point. On the one hand, we have almost unlimited dark forces free rein on the surface of the planet, on the other hand we have Forces of Light having great trouble removing pumps toplet soon enough.
Dark Forces are sabotaging the positive initiatives to break the quarantine and commercial space travel can not begin, even though the technology to make it happen is here in the public domain for 70 years.
