The subsequent actions of the current Secretary General of the  Organization of American States  (OAS), Luis Almagro, against the progressive processes in Our America confirmed its close ties to the  Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) of the United States.

Almagro, leader of the "ministry of colonies of Washington", say the OAS receives large sums of money from the CIA responsible for assaulting Latin American and Caribbean nations where revolutionary processes are staged.

The "agent" serving Uruguayan foreign power most fulfilled to the letter the orders of his master in the onslaught that from US territory materializes orchestra and the sovereignty and integration of the Patria Grande.

Little or nothing is interested  in "washstand" Uruguayan  implementation of the agreements by the end of the conflict in Colombia, let alone the Patria Grande is definitely a Zone of Peace, as was declared by the  Community of Latin American and Caribbean States  (CELAC ) in its second  Summit held in Havana, Cuba, in 2014.

Of course CELAC  overshadows the OAS and the interests of the archaic and dying organization run by the US, and they insist resuscitate her anyway.

By the way,  speaking of Cuba, Almagro  seems to be stuck in the legs of horses, pretending to be "actor" for a new counter subversive action to the Greater Antilles, organized from the US terrorist enclave of Miami and known mercenaries paid by the CIA.

According to international press reports, the head of the OAS was invited to receive an award in Havana who have invented "opponents" Miami Cubans with funding.

Of course Dean authorities Caribbean archipelago the right to prevent the "winning" entering the country because its position is an act against the sovereignty of Cuba arrogate.
